Totally counting Friday jams last night as a crazy cardio sesh. Threw it back to neyo, sean Paul, kelis and fatman scoop for 4 hours and this girl is feeling it today ๐Ÿ˜‚ So Just spent the last hour eating various things dipped in a chocolate fountain but itโ€™s all about #balance and #moderation right ?! ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ happy Monday ๐Ÿ’ซ

I will be joining to teach Accessing Advanced Asanas portion of the training and I couldn’t be more excited! . . 
Other course highlights include: - Intensive weekend workshops
- In depth exploration of the yogadiapason
- East meets West, Sankhya Yoga and the Medical Community
- Advanced/accelerated and extended training options . . 
Course runs from March 2016 - June 30th 2018. I’m teaching my portion in the last weekend of April!  I hope I’ll see you there! . .

In the calisthenics realm of static holds, the importance of training exercises through a full range of motion is often overlooked. Training holds of the planche and front lever will eventually give you the ability to hold these positions, but the range of movement of strength gains is limited.
To be able to lift to front lever from hanging or lower from handstand to planche, strength training needs to address the range between these positions too! For this reason, I recommend dynamic exercises always compliment isometric (static) training. If positional weaknesses become apparent, static holds or partial range exercises at this particular zone are a great way to correct that.

Happy Monday! ๐ŸŒŸ I had such a fun weekend, mostly chilling out and catching up with friends ๐Ÿ‘ฏ @_lifeofleila and I checked out the new @farmgirlcafe at @1carnabysb, ate some yummy food and had a good old chat ๐Ÿ˜„ this weekend has made me appreciate more of the little things in life; like having a lazy morning in bed and good laugh with friends โค๏ธ it’s also great when you get small surprises in the post from the cutest squirrels at @pipandnut in the form of Chocolate and Hazelnut butter ๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ™Š so naturally I had some with my breakfast on Sunday ๐Ÿ˜‹ I made spiced chocolate porridge, with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg and topped it with figs, goji berries and a good old chocolatey drizzle ๐Ÿ˜ have a fabby Monday- we got this! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ #nutsonaughty #healthynotwealthy #drizzlethat #mondaymotivation
