2012 - when i began my journey. I am an emotional eater and was addicted to laxatives and alcohol.
2015 - the day i accomplished my goal of competing. I didn’t quit on myself for the first time in my life.
2016 - vacation and living life. Not as strict with my nutrition routine, but going to the gym 5 days a week. 
2017 - vacation and living life. Not really paying attention to nutrition or workouts, but managing to maintain.

TODAY - I’ve fallen off because my priority isn’t my healthy lifestyle, but getting my bills paid. I’ve been struggling in my business, learning, growing, taking risk, and fear. I went and got a job. No, i don’t feel like a failure. I feel like a person being responsible and facing reality. I still am an entrepreneur and service clients.

I’m sharing this photo to show you that we all fall off at some point and we are human. Do not beat yourself up because you are going through something. Most people cannot focus on their physical health when their emotional health is on 1000 (insert raised hand).

Now it’s time for me to activate Gayna 2018 and I’m super excited. I’m taking a different approach as my life continues to shift. I’m looking forward to see what i unveil.

Here's Your Sign

Its energy reset time! It doesn't matter whether you do this exercise, go out for a walk, or just stand outside soaking up some sun while breathing deeply. The important thing is to take time out, release and reset.

Today we are focusing on the Third Eye Chakra so let's kick this up a notch with some elemi essential oil and a gorgeous lapis lazuli stone.

Head outdoors if you can and kick off your shoes to get those feet on the ground. Even if it's too cold where you are, just getting your feet, even with socks on, flat on the floor works. Your intention is to ground yourself.

With being present in mind, take three deep breaths, hold each for a count of three and on each slow exhale release tension, stress and to-do's. Allow your shoulders to drop and just relax.

When ready, take another deep breath this time bringing your attention to your third eye chakra located at the center of your brow. Visualize the deep indigo cookie of this chakra clearing and expanding. Sense the connection you have with your inner wisdom, your intuition. Be open to receiving messages for the highest good.

Repeat this affirmation as many times as you like: "I see my vision manifesting." Now the important thing is to not only "see" but allow yourself to feel what it's like to be living and experiencing your vision. Send those feelings and emotions far and wide into the Universe. Emotions are like radio waves. They transmit outward from you and others can feel it. You've experienced the effects of having a really negative person in a room vs a high energy and radiant person. That's because feelings and emotions are energy. The Universe speaks this language and wants help you attract the things that will bring more of your desired feelings to you. 
You may think your vision is taking FOREVER to manifest. I'm with you on this! But I'm thinking that more regular exercises of emotional visualization like this one, will increase the power of the magnet you create when sending out those radio waves.

So when you are showering, brushing your teeth, making dinner, folding laundry or going for a walk, see (and feel) your vision manifesting.

A day on the go. Cardiff until early afternoon, then heading back to West Wales for PT clients. 
So on days like this I make sure I'm prepped to be on the go and keep fuelled up! Today I have:
3x Homemade hemp bars with me, large pot of coconut milk yogurt, pack of blueberries, tea (with oak milk), and a large super greens juice. This will keep me going until I can stop, sit down and have a hot meal! Made these delicious Spicy Pumpkin Cookies yesterday 😋
#nosugar #glutenfree #dairyfree and perfect pre training snack!

90 g sweet potato
180 g pumpkin
125g tofu
1 tsp coconut oil
Cinnamon
All spice
2 tsp ground ginger

1. Boil pumpkin and sweet potato until soft
2. Preheat over to 180oc
3. Add sweet potato, pumpkin,tofu, coconut oil, cinnamon, all spice and ginger to a mixer and mix until smooth.
4. Pour smooth mixture into a mixing bowl and fold in oats and chia seeds until evenly mixed together
5. Scoop a heaped Tbs spoon of mixed and shape into disk shapes, then place on tray.
6. Sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top with some pumpkin seeds
7. Bake for 20/25 mins or until golden brown.

If you wanted to add a bit of sweetness add a little rice malt syrup or honey. Xx

Personally I feel like I’ve been glued to my computer screen for months now so it’s high time I get my groove back 💃

If you can relate a simple way to raise our vibration 🌈 instantly feel good again 😁 & make us even more productive 👊  is to stop what we’re doing & move our body for just 10 minutes. Yep it sounds simple but it's extremely effective 👌

The recommendations suggest we get at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise each week so a 10 minute brisk walk 👣 can provide a significant contribution towards that. If you can why not take that walk outside & reap the benefits of all of all that fresh air & Mother Nature 🌳🌊🍃🦋🌞
