Sunday night Design + Wine 🎨🍷
Bobby and I have loved remodeling and designing our home in Palm Springs. It's been our blank canvas the past year and a half and we've created a space that you can walk in and instantly step back in time! It's finally all coming together and we're adding the final touches just in time for the holidays. We can't wait to share the rest of our project with you! This is the before and after of the casita living room. It's 1970's inspired with original furniture and decor :) #vernerpanton#midcenturymodern#palmsprings#design#art@whoisbobbygold
I need your help! It’s time to choose a vanity for this master bathroom (you can see more photos of this space on @katerumson ) I’m designing this entire home for a developer and need to make sure it’s as universally appealing as possible... I would love to know which vanity you’d prefer for your very own bathroom. I will be ordering white Carrara marble countertop for either vanity to match the rest of the space. Thank you! We have been all day long remodeling our babies home🏡🛒At first we wanted just introducing some fishes for creating a better environment but then we realized that many things would change! First we prevent the fishes getting into the filter by covering it with a sponge. We also bought some new decorations for the fishes to hide from our sweeties. And finally we put our guppies in and controlled for half an hour 👀 . We are tired but so happy for all the improvements🎉🎉🎉! 💖

Everyone knows "grey is the new beige..."
But why? 🤔
Grey is a dramatic neutral that makes your decor pop...without looking overdone. It's an incredibly versatile color that looks awesome in both casual and formal spaces.
Grey no longer means gloomy, that's for sure!

Love how much light comes into our kitchen through these doors but sometimes it’s so hard to get a good picture of this! Thanks @thedowntownaly for sharing your tricks! If you haven’t seen her video go check it out so you can be a professional iPhone photographer too 😂
This shows the realities of a fixer upper. There are so many layers of a remodel and so much that isn't shown on TV or the beautiful before and after pictures you see on social media. There are countless hours spent scrapping off wall paper boarders, taking down curtain rods, bathroom hardware, old electrical fixtures, and I won't even begin to talk about what it takes to remove old carpet tack strip from an entire house! Of course we would have the luck of starting a remodel at the beginning of winter and the holiday season 🎄❄️😃
I am definitely looking forward for the "putting back together stage." With all that said, I am still grateful we made this decision and are looking forward to getting settled in this home!
