With my work schedule, the only time you'll really see me in or around a pool is because I'm training a client in there. 🏊🏼♀️🏊🏼♀️🏊🏼♀️
One of my long time clients is trained solely in the pool because she has bone density issues and chronic pain. If you suffer some either of those, or are simply having some joint pain give the pool a try! Don't let these ailments allow you to give up on your fitness goals.
Training in the pool is easier on your joints, great for cardiovascular endurance and you burn a significantly higher amount of calories than you do with traditional cardio in a shorter amount of time. 🙌🏼🙌🏼 #boombaby#noodlesforlife#bikini@amiclubwear

⚠ Do you get lower back pain? Head aches? Do you have issues with pelvic floor/core and/or stability and balance? Are you always in a stressed state? 🚫
These are just a few things that dysfunctional breathing and poor core control can lead to. 😥 We all partake in the act of respiration.. but most of us are not truly breathing.. 💪
Learning to breathe correctly, and how to create stability and pressure using all of the core can help remove the many symptoms associated with dysfunctional breathing and be the first step in creating a new and healthier you. It can be that step towards mindfulness or be that game changer in improving your mobility, building a stronger foundation of strength and improving overall performance and power.
Question for you! When you take a breath in, do you feel like you're getting a full belly of air and feel braced and secure or are you struggling to get much air in and feel a little unstable or heavy when exercising and not feeling the right muscles?
