Releasing the superficial back line of fascia with this little foot bar! An awesome exercise that can be done anywhere.๐Ÿ’™ So our superficial back line is a fascial line that connects your scalp, neck extensors, back extensors, hamstrings, calves, Achilles and fascia underneath the feet.๐Ÿ’™ We commonly hold a lot of tension in this line of fascia especially those with back problems and a weaker core. ๐Ÿ’™

If you find you are someone that grips with their toes for balance, or you are standing all day or you might suffer from achey feet- this little release trick should be of good use! Not only will this release tension underneath the feet, it can actually have a good effect further up the chain (lower back, hamstrings and neck). ๐Ÿ’™

Standing on the bar, slowly walk both feet forward and back about 3 times. Hold longer on any spots that are quite painful until the pain subsides. Do this daily! ๐Ÿ’™

A little test you can try is prior to doing this bend forward and try to touch your toes. Repeat this again once you have finished your walk along the foot bar and you’ll notice a difference. ๐Ÿ’™ This video is sped up, take your time please ๐Ÿ™Š
