Transformation Tuesday 🍗 added quad chunk with some junk 🍑 it's not all about ass, but with ass comes stronger thighs and core... I'm blessed with quads that grow SO fast but trying to control them is like an art form, other wise I'd be buying new jeans every month! So I do try hard to grow the peach while keeping my quads under control, glute activation before sessions and glute focused movements are KEY 😁 still haven't gymed this week so tonight I'm booking myself in for a heavy squat sesh! 🤘🏼 HAPPY TUESDAY GORGEOUS PEOPLE

Tonight I made delicata squash for the first time and I’m totally obsessed. I microwaved them for 2.5 mins to soften, then sliced and drizzled some avo oil, garlic salt, cinnamon and nutritional yeast. Baked on 400 for 30 mins. Flipping half way thru. Also, roasted some green beans (Garlic salt, pepper, drizzle of Glaze from @traderjoes - baked on 400 for 35/40 mins). Also some chicken thighs (my fave and recipe below in feed). Cooked up some @eatbanza - chickpea pasta. So delicious and full of protein!  Kids ate it too. Sautéed some heirloom tomatoes in avo oil, garlic salt, and crushed pepper to top the pasta with. Cut up some avo. And put everything over a bed of spinach, per usual. Loving myself right now for creating this magical masterpiece. #winning

She beautifully utilizes herbs and spices perfectly! This Sesame Orange Chicken was really really delicious! My daughter ate it all up. Organic chicken thighs pan seared and roasted with organic lemon and the last of the season's organic homegrown cherry tomatoes , organic carrots and cauliflower roasted (also with the lemons), and organic spaghetti squash roasted and combined with olive oil that's, you guessed it, organic. 🚨!!!Grilled Chicken Thighs w/ Creamy Lemon-Herb Sauce!!!🚨 Ingredients: (serves 2)
* 1 lemon
* pack of chicken thighs (bone-in or out) * 1 cup heavy cream
* 1 tbsp flour * 2 tbsp butter (or butter sub)
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, basil)
* green onion
* seasoning to taste 
Season your chicken thighs to taste, toss in olive oil, and cook on stovetop grill or grill pan until cooked thoroughly but still juicy. While chicken is cooking, squeeze 1/2 lemon worth of lemon juice.  In a skillet melt your butter. Once melted add your flour and stir until your roux begins to thicken and bubble. Add your heavy cream and stir until until there are no lumps. Add your lemon juice stir constantly until sauce is creamy. Add a dash of salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Add your chopped fresh herbs and green onion. Combine chicken and sauce how you please, garnish, and dig in! Happy Eating!
