4-ingredient Peanut Butter & Sea Salt Truffles 💃🏻🍫I got a message from someone asking me if I can make some treats for her brother who goes to medical school here, and I made these easy chocolate treats + a few other goodies ✨They're perfect for anyone who needs a last minute Thanksgiving dessert 👌🏼
How to: mix 1 cup of natural peanut butter with 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey + 1 tbsp coconut oil until it becomes thick. Freeze for 20 minutes to harden. Roll into balls and dip in melted dark chocolate, then sprinkle with sea salt (if its too soft before coating, freeze for another 15 minutes after rolling). Place in freezer for additional 10-15 minutes or until firm.
Leftover #pumpkinpie makes the best breakfast.
As you can see I like a little pumpkin pie with my whipped cream. 😏 This dairy free coconut based whip cream from @so_delicious is just that. So. Delicious. Any other #dairyfree mamas? What are your DF favs?
