Bu havalarda ihtiyacımız olan tek şey evi tarçın kokutacak bir şeyler 😅 ve aradığınız şey işte bu granolada mevcut 😎 ben daha parça parça yapıyorum yoğurtla tüketmeyi sevdiğimden ama isteyen daha bar tarzı da bırakıp tüketebilir 👌#karabuğdaygranola için malzemeler;
500 g organik karabuğday ( ben filizlendirmek için bunu kullandım, filizlendirmek istemeyen diğer karabugdaylari da kullanabilir, hatta isteyen yulaf da kullanabilir)
25 tane hurma (sıcak suda bekletilip blenderize edilmiş 1.5 su bardağı kadar hurma püresi)
4 yemek kaşığı hindistan cevizi rendesi
4 yemek kaşığı chia 
1 su bardağı badem 
6 yemek kaşığı çekirdeği ici 
1/2 su bardağı yaban mersini kurusu
1 yemek kaşığı tarcın 
1 tatlı kaşığı zencefil
Her malzeme yerine sevdiginiz alternatifleri kullanabilirsiniz, chia olmasa olur ben denemek istedim, badem yerine fındık ceviz olur, hindistan cevizi rendesi ben aromasını seviyorum, kuru meyve olarak en çok yaban mersinini yakıştırıyorum gibi...
Oncelikle ben bunu biraz daha çiğ beslenmeye göre yaptım, o yüzden biraz daha meşakkatli oldu, karabuğdayları sudan geçirip 36 saat kadar beklettim ve günde 2 3 kere sudan geçirdim, üstüne tülbent tarzı hava alan bi örtü ile örtüyoruz. Sonra bütün malzemeleri karıştırıp yağlı kağıt üzerine seriyoruz ve fırın ağzı hafif açık şekilde 100 derecede sabırla 4 saat kadar pişiriyoruz veya dediğim gibi filizlendirmeden 150 derecede fırın kapalı şekilde 1 saatte pişirebilirsiniz. As a kid, my father would try and drag me into his kitchen to cook. I always resisted, but usually a plate of crispy bread, Volpi salame, some olives and fontanella would do the trick for 10 minutes or so. One night, around the age of 10 he handed me and my best friend a plate with nothing but a salted cracker; topped with a single anchovy and caper; looked at me and said “are you a man, or a mouse (uomo o topo)? I never left the kitchen again.”

-Bistecca Ronnie: center cut filet topped with Gorgonzola cream and crispy thyme shallots

- Cacio e Pepe: Ancient Roman mac n cheese...topped with quail egg yolk

-Insalata: Hearts of Palm, Belgian endive, Castelvetrano Olives, fresh oregano, shaved red onion in olive brine and lemon vinaigrette. .
- Antipasti- @eatalyla housemade buratta, 24 month prosciutto, “nicks pears and pecorino w cracked pepper and honey, @eatalyla rustic olive bread, lemon and artichoke tapenade .
- Stracciatella affogato con banana e pepe: @eatalyla gelato, bananas caramelized w cracked black pepper, hazelnut biscotti, w olive oil, chocolate, hazelnut drizzle, served with an espresso shot...to drowned it all with.
