Is it lunch yet? Spoiler alert, it's not even 9 am in NYC so no, it's not 😓 but how yummy does today's lunch look? It took me about 15 minutes to put together (including cooking) last night. It's 60g avocado, 100g sautéed broccoli with onion, and about 70g shrimp (4 large). Macros are P18/C12/F18 (including about 1/2 tbsp olive oil). Eating healthy or on a specific diet doesn't mean food has to be boring or tasteless. Incorporate your favorite foods into your diet regimen to make it sustainable!
