کره و ۲ ق غ روغن نارگیل رو روی حرارت غیر مستقیم قرار میدیم و کره بادام رو اضافه میکنیم تا نرم بشن ، ۱ ق غ پودر نارگیل بهش اضافه و مخلوط میکنیم و قالبهامون رو تا نصف از این مواد پر میکنیم و داخل فریزر برای ده دقیقه قرار میدیم. شکلات تلخ و الباقی روغن نارگیل رو روی حرارت غیر مستقیم قرار میدیم تا آب بشه سپس الباقی پودر نارگیل رو اضافه میکنیم و بعد از مخلوط کردن قالبها رو از فریزر خارج کرده و از مواد پر میکنیم و برای یک ساعت داخل فریزر قرار میدیم. 
نگهداری داخل ظرف در بسته یا زیپ کیپ در فریزر 
نکته مهم اینه که فاصله ریختن لایه اول و‌دوم زیاد نشه چون ممکنه بهم نچسبه. .
دوستان از من در مورد وعده های غذایی ام پرسیده بودن ، من اکثر روزها تک وعده ای و فقط شام هستم یعنی از شام که میخورم فستم شروع میشه تا ۱۶ یا ۱۸ ساعت بعد، بعدش کمی گردو یا تخمه میخورم تا شام که مفصل باشه. این روال  همیشگیه منه اما چون بدن خیلی زود به این شرایط عادت میکنه ۱ یا ۲ روز در هفته مثل امروز دو وعده ای هستم و بعد از فست نهار میخورم ،فاصله بین نهار و شامم اگه چیزی دلم بخواد تخمه و گردو میخورم . 
صبح ها هم  چون فست هستم فقط قهوه تلخ ☕️👌😋

👩🏽‍🍳Chef: @goodeats_tastytreats 
4️⃣Servings: 4
⏳Prep Time: 10 min ⏱Cook Time:10-12 min ~~~~~~~~~
Ingredients:
• Dough:
170g Shredded Mozzarella cheese 
85g almond flour (I use Anthony’s)
1oz cream cheese
1 egg
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Erythritol, granulated 
Filling:
4 tablespoons sugar free jam – I used Grape •Topping:
1 tablespoon Powdered Erythritol
1-2 tablespoons Heavy Cream

Instructions:
1.	Pre-Heat the oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2.	Dough: Mix the mozzarella cheese and almond flour.
a.	Add the cream cheese in chunks
b.	Microwave for 1 minute
c.	Mix
d.	Microwave for another 30 seconds
e.	Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
f.	With your hands fold the dough into itself a few times creating a disc shape.
3.	Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper, creating a large rectangle.
4.	Cut the dough 1x down the middle then 3x sideways, creating 6 pieces. If you want to smaller portions, simply cut the dough once more!
5.	On half of the squares, put 2 tablespoons of the jam and spread leaving a boarder with no jam.
6.	Top the halves with the other unused squares and with a fork press down the sides.
7.	Cut a slit in the middle of each pocket.
8.	Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
9.	Combine the powdered Erythritol and heavy cream until desired consistency. Spread onto cooled tarts.
10.	Optional: top with a bit of grated dark chocolate to balance the sweetness!

Grilled fillets with cauliflower and butter beans ❤
I microwave my cauliflower after chipping it in my food processor. Perfectly awesome and oh so easy.

Marinated the fillet with salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil for maybe 20 minutes after they were room temp. Then seared all sides on the grill and moved them to the top rack to cook to medium rare at 400°. And boiled my Valley grown,  frozen butter beans for an hour or so. •

But, if you're looking for a true FAT bomb with not much more than some good fat to fuel you and fill you (or a keto snack for those of you who follow a keto lifestyle), then these are it.

The base of the fat ball recipe (which you can find in the @marksissonprimal Keto Reset book) is just equal parts coconut oil and coconut butter, and then you can play around with spices, flavors, etc. Here's how I made these:👇🏻
•1/2 cup melted coconut oil
•1/2 cup melted coconut butter
•3 TB nut butter (I used @barneybutter vanilla espresso almond butter for these)
•1.5 tsp cinnamon
•1/2 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients and pour into a silicon mold. (I used my silicon ice cube mold.) Refrigerate until set and remove from mold. Keep refrigerated. Optional: After they are set, dip them in melted dark (85% or higher) chocolate.

Today we made a batch the original way and also a batch where I substituted the sugar and flour for Splenda and Almond flour. My Keto version turned out amazing! Chocolate Truffle Recipe
Got asked to make this for a holiday party this week and I absolutely loved them. I’m defiantly going to be making these again to try out my own versions. These are going to be perfect healthy snakes for riding around the mountain.
Ingredients 🤤
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Coconut Butter
2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons maple syrup
#fatbomb 
Coating 🤘
Orange Zest
Coconut Flakes
Sea Salt Flakes
Directions
Place the coconut oil, Coconut butter, almond butter and pure vanilla extract into a bowl (I warmed these ingredients up for easier mixing) and combine until smooth. Add other ingredients minus coating and mix thoroughly.

The mixture will be soft, place it in freezer for about 10 minutes or until you can form the batter into 1-inch balls with your hands. Roll each ball in the coating for flavor. Set the truffles on a plate and refrigerate to solidify.
Serve chilled.

I made #vegan fat bombs! So easy and they taste awesome. To make 6 I used....

- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 25g Mosser Roth 85% dark chocolate

Just melt the coconut stuff, mix in the desiccated coconut and almond extract. Pour into cupcake cases and put in the fridge for a bit.
Melt the chocolate an pour on for a topping.
14g of fat and 1.4g of carbs.

So this is day 7 of and I'm feeling good and having fun figuring out how I'm going to fuel my body correctly. One thing I've really noticed is that when I wake up I'm really awake! I'm hoping that my blood sugar is going to become more stable so that I don't have as many crashes throughout the day. I'm excited to see what this week brings.

Not my photo but this was my inspiration for dinner tonight.  Keto philly cheesesteaks. Thinly sliced ribeye steak covered in mozzarella on a bed of shredded iceburg lettuce with 1T of mayo. 3g carbs, 1g fiber 46g fat. 
New milestone for me.  This is my lowest weight since 2003. I'm excited and inspired.  Granted the last 3lbs are due to a small bout with the flu but i intend to keep it off. :) 33lbs down.  Lots of stalls and cheats this summer but I'm back and killin it!

I was a little gun-shy after my latest failed broccoli rabe experiment, but this was worth the lazy Saturday risk. I give you Keto fat bomb radish hash. 3 cups sliced radishes, 3 cups chopped green cabbage, half a pound of bacon, 3 tablespoons of butter, cook the bacon, add radishes, add cabbage, sauté in a pan until fork tender, add butter, split into 4 servings, top with grated Gouda cheese if desired! 230 kcal, 7.7g protein, 18.7g fat, 3g net carbs per serving, add 101kcal, 7.1g protein, 7.8g fat, and .6g net carbs per 1oz of Gouda.

Ingredients:
• Dough:
170g Shredded Mozzarella cheese 
85g almond flour (I use Anthony’s)
1oz cream cheese
1 egg
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Erythritol, granulated 
Filling:
4 tablespoons sugar free jam – I used Grape •Topping:
1 tablespoon Powdered Erythritol
1-2 tablespoons Heavy Cream

Instructions:
1.	Pre-Heat the oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2.	Dough: Mix the mozzarella cheese and almond flour.
a.	Add the cream cheese in chunks
b.	Microwave for 1 minute
c.	Mix
d.	Microwave for another 30 seconds
e.	Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
f.	With your hands fold the dough into itself a few times creating a disc shape.
3.	Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper, creating a large rectangle.
4.	Cut the dough 1x down the middle then 3x sideways, creating 6 pieces. If you want to smaller portions, simply cut the dough once more!
5.	On half of the squares, put 2 tablespoons of the jam and spread leaving a boarder with no jam.
6.	Top the halves with the other unused squares and with a fork press down the sides.
7.	Cut a slit in the middle of each pocket.
8.	Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
9.	Combine the powdered Erythritol and heavy cream until desired consistency. Spread onto cooled tarts.
10.	Optional: top with a bit of grated dark chocolate to balance the sweetness!
