Everyone is stressing BIG TIME right now it seems.. really is it the holidays? If so why are you doing that to yourself?! Whatever it is... Life is short people! Often we get so caught up in things that really.. truly.. do not matter in the big scheme of things. Take a deep breath! You don't HAVE to do anything ya know..? You need food, air and water to live and love is a nice extra... Really you could go hunt, build a shelter and live in the woods and take care of your damn self without a job.. just sayin. Stress man!... remember we don't need things people!!... So don't kill yourself over-timing at work or worrying to death what to buy Suzie Q for Christmas.. if your to do list at home is pouring over and making you sick with stress.. take a break! Who cares if your laundry pile is out of control or you have dishes from three days ago... Sure a clean house is nice but let's be real and real nice to ourselves. No one cares about the crap you think they do... No one is as mean to you as you are! Tell those evil thoughts in your head of what you think so-and-so is thinking about you or what you are thinking about yourself to shut up!... Try taking walks, baths, doing yoga, grab a pillow and scream your brains out, smoke pot if you still can't calm down! Try to think lightly..if that makes sense... Stress is so hard on your mind, body and soul.. We only get one go-round folks! Don't forget to look out for number one and take care of yourself! ❤️ Ps. These were my thoughts to myself this mornin. I've been a ball of stress for months! Grabbing my pillow now :-) _

Hur går det med era jullistor? Har ni börjat bocka av? Själv har jag lite kvar😬Men vi kommer dit, en sak i taget,, vägrar göra julen till ett stressmoment.. det förtar ju allt det roliga.. i vår familj har vi tagit bort julklappar oss vuxna emellan och fokuserar på mat och prat istället..hur gör ni?
CHRISTMAS COUNTDOWN ⏰..🍩DAY 18 - XMAS PUD PROTEIN BALLS 🍩... Festive inspired protein balls that look and taste delicious😋 Made using dates, flaked almonds, cranberries, chocolate whey protein powder, chia seeds and ground cinnamon (the key to Christmas 👌)... Blend the ingredients well in a food processor, make into small balls and I topped mine with some melted white chocolate and decorations 🎄🎀

Roasted veggies like carrots, parsnips, zucchini and sweet potatoes. 🍠Cut into chunks place on a baking dish with some olive oil with the spices you desire. Bake for 10-15 minutes on 200 degrees. Slice the halloumi and add to the veggies. Bake for 5-10 additional minutes (until veggies are soft and the cheese is melted. Serve with some spinach, sauerkraut and tomatoes. ✌ Enjoy!! 😄
