But if i did, itd be the unmacro friendly version of this meal. Back by popular demand: my #Vegan #MealDiary ๐Ÿดโ˜บ๏ธ In case you’re curious ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ as far as my nutrient intake goes, I try to eat as close to this ratio as possible: 50% carbs/30% fats/20% protein but my fats are sometimes a tad higher which I don’t worry about too much (I love avocado ๐Ÿคค) Also, my post workout protein shake is not pictured (I do a scoop of @vega_team Vanila Sport Protein w/ 12oz of coconut water after every training session!)

It’s a rainy Saturday before Thanksgiving and I’m loving the chance to slow down and relax before the holiday crazy officially kicks off!

Ben is getting tired of roasted veggies (like how???) too bad that’s what I’m bringing to EVERY single potluck and dinner we are attending ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚.

Healthy cozy comfort food is my jam.

This week we made a delicious veggie curry:
.
Sauté a head of cauliflower, 2 c chopped butternut squash, and a chopped onion in olive oil in a large pot.
.
Stir in 2 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp turmeric, a rinsed and drained can of chickpeas, and 2 c broth. (Recipe via @cookinglight)
.
Simmer until veggies are soft, salt and pepper to taste, serve with quinoa and a dollop of yogurt!

Itโ€™s a rainy Saturday before Thanksgiving and Iโ€™m loving the chance to slow down and relax before the holiday crazy officially kicks off! . Ben is getting tired of roasted veggies (like how???) too bad thatโ€™s what Iโ€™m bringing to EVERY single potluck and dinner we are attending ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. . Healthy cozy comfort food is my jam. . This week we made a delicious veggie curry: . Sautรฉ a head of cauliflower, 2 c chopped butternut squash, and a chopped onion in olive oil in a large pot. . Stir in 2 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp turmeric, a rinsed and drained can of chickpeas, and 2 c broth. (Recipe via @cookinglight) . Simmer until veggies are soft, salt and pepper to taste, serve with quinoa and a dollop of yogurt! . Are you doing anything cozy this weekend? . #thenewhealthy

First, I want to say #thankyou to my IG fam. You guys are so motivational!! Now for the update. 153 days. 3% body fat lost. 12.8 pounds lost. 0.50 lb/week. Extremely content with this woe. I had to take time off lifting due to an injury, but plan to start soon. I’m happy with my %BF and weight so it’s time to focus on strength!! I’ll definitely stick with NSNG and see what happens. My skin glows. My A1C is a freaking 4.8. HDL cholesterol has never been higher. I’m fat adapted. It took 4 months to get there! I can drink wine and tequila. I miss beer, but that doesn’t mean I won’t have some in the future. I love dark chocolate, so that’s the perfect dessert. NSNG has been a great decision!
