The BIGGEST thing i’ve heard from people recently is that their nutrition/workout plan(s) isn’t sustainable!
❌ALL CLEAN FOOD (chicken & veggies)
Remember this...ANYTHING can get you results in the short term. The 21 day this, or the 12 week that. But if you can’t continue it afterwards then so what⁉️⁉️
In fact most people just do what they’re told like little robots 🤖
They aren’t told why they’re training the way they are, or why they’re eating what they eat. They’ve just been TOLD what to do and because they don’t know any better, they end up getting frustrated and confused. Reaching for anything and everything that they think might help them.
If someone can’t explain why you’re doing something or give you a good explanation, then don’t work with them. If you are doing extreme diets or workout programs then STOP 🛑 -
You’re setting yourself up for a YO-YO lifestyle. What you need to do is train the way YOU want and EAT the way YOU want to eat.
Anything less and you’ll hate it and won’t do it. But if you LOVE ❤️ your workout/nutrition plan then you’ll be able to sustain it.
My clients tell me what they wanna do, and I use basic scientific principles to make plans customized to their lifestyles and preferences.
✅ Pizza 🍕 ✅ Wine 🍷 ✅ Ice cream 🍨 ✅ 30 Min. Plans
✅ 60 Min. Plans
✅ Home 🏡 plans
Etc. etc. etc.
The BEST plan is the one you’ll continue to do. It doesn’t matter what someone else says is best for you if you can’t do it long term lol.
What’s better? 3 days a week for life or 6 days a week for 6 months? I think we can all answer that 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

💯Really been wanting to do a post on chipotle for a while and I came across this one by @apfau a while back that gets the point across in a simple/practical manner. I feel chipotle is one of those foods that just always finds a way to fit into your macros well, if you make it of course
😆You can either load your bowl or burrito and almost certainly go way over your macros or you can be a bit more calculated in your customization. There's no doubt that this one can apply to nearly every restaurant. But I know chipotle is one that can certainly work
🔑A personal go to for me, nearly EVERY day while dieting, was a bowl with chicken, black beans, and brown rice. Simple, maybe boring, but a sure fire way to fit eating out into your macros with little doubt
