PR Day Yesterday!
Me and @kaiz_zac hitting new individual PRs at lower body weights. Losing weight and maintaining strength has always been something everybody wants. I can say now that we've done a pretty good job at just that. We've lost a shit ton of weight between the both of us from the beginning of this year until now. We've been getting nothing but stronger!
Our Goals: To hit 495lbs and 405lbs by the end of this year
