Happy almost thanksgiving people 🙌🏽 Had the opportunity to come up with a side dish idea using @eatbanza and I had a blast with it! This Sage Butternut Squash Cashew Pasta was seriously insane 🤤 The new and improved recipe of mine from a couple months ago w/ all those thanksgiving flavors! Hope you all enjoy🤙🏽
- about 1 medium butternut squash, cubed & roasted w/ freshly chopped sage, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper
- 3/4 cup soaked cashews, drained and rinsed (all i had😂)
- 1 1/4 cups broth, i used vegetable (may need some extra broth or water depending on butternut squash size)
- large splash of maple syrup or honey (optional, not really tho)
- extra fresh sage, chopped (not too much tho, can adjust later)
- 1 extra garlic clove, diced - Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- Pumpkin Seeds & Red Chili Flakes (however much you like)
- 2 boxes cooked @eatbanza pasta
- Mix-in ideas: Mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, english peas, sautéed greens
Chuck everything into a blender and blitz it up until smooth 🙌🏽 Here is where you can add more liquid if needed. Transfer to a large pot w/ the cooked pasta on low to medium heat (just to get everything well-incorporated). Stir in chili flakes, top with pumpkin seeds and any other add-ins. Eat up👌🏽 #sponsor

Recipe 👉 4 tbsp @nu3_fr almond flour (30g) + 3 tbsp @quakeroatsuk oats (20g) + 1/2 tsp baking powder + 3 tbsp applesauce (50g) + 2 eggs + 1/3 cup @alpro soy milk (80ml). Mix all the ingredients together with a whisk then cook on low heat with coconut oil. Topped with @fage greek yogurt (mixed with vanilla powder) + @driscollsberry strawberries + @lameremimosa coconut granola + honey + @vahinedesserts coconut powder
I do apologise for my posts being very similar but hey ho 👋🏻🌻 progressive overload is going well however.... cannot get over 125kg on hip thrusts without being in absolute agony due to the crappiness of the barbell pad (got some massive purple bruises😩) anyone recommend a thick barbell pad to get???

Spinach and Ricotta Agnolotti 🍲 This was super yum but so scary. To say I've had a bad day would be an understatement, I had weigh-in and fuck that number scared me. I also had therapy and we talked a lot about shit I don't like to talk about 😕 I went to school even though I felt like complete crap and it didn't help with that at all. I got hit in the head with a basketball really hard and I thought I was going to pass out but I'm fine now. I am 120% not okay right now and I don't see the point in anything right now 😩 I hope you're had a good day 💜
