I haven’t done one of those in a very long time and look there isn’t that much difference but I am starting to see that I have a neck again!
Someone asked me the other day what my goal weight was and I said I didn’t have one. She looked at me like I was insane. Maybe I am!? But my goal is healthy. No numbers just healthy. I do have one fitness related goal and that’s to walk up my arch nemesis Mt Lofty without having to stop because my lungs are about to explode. I feel that still maybe a long way off! 😂
I’ve gone down another top size this weekend which feels really good, sometimes I think it’s important to stop and take stock. Sometimes i don’t feel like I’m making any changes at all it feels like nothing changing. But it is, I am. Slowly chipping away.

Sometimes I’m too hard on myself, and tend to work harder to get where I want to go faster, but pics like this helps me put things into perspective and feel grateful for the process. .
Remember, it may not seem like you’re making progress, but as long as you’re actively working towards your goals, something is happening and you’ll continue moving in the right direction. .

SUPER vulnerable post here!! For 1 I hate selfies I rarely take them, and two who wants to ever put photos up of themselves without makeup on?!
