Today I didn’t want to eat, i didn’t want to look at food or have it in my belly. I don’t know what triggered those feelings but it’s hard to snap out of it. As I laid in bed procrastinating meal prepping, I thought of the consequences of not eating or cooking my meals. My boyfriend wouldn’t have food (I meal prep for him), I most likely wouldn’t eat, I would be tired and hangry, my workouts wouldn’t be as good 😒 so I meal prepped. Sometimes we have to do things we don’t want to, to get to where we want. ———
Here are three of the meals I’ll be eating (breakfast and snacks not pictured). ———
Meal 1: gluten free pasta with shrimp
Meal 2: gluten free tortilla with chicken and mustard
Meal 3: ground turkey and green beans
Just because ive been out of town for a week doesnt mean i can continue to slack off when i get home! While hubby and my friends were all out watching star wars (which i have no interest in) i managed to kick my ass into gear and meal prep. I ate like shit on the cruise and unfortunately a small cold followed me off the boat and im stuck w the sniffles. So since i need my body to battle this cold ASAP, ill slowly ease back into my workout routine while focusing on my food. Lunch is turkey taco bowls, dinner is beef and barley stew, and also heres a batch of christmas cookies im giving out as gifts. I WOULD keep some for myself but they are actually waaaay too sweet for me now! Thats what happens when you try and keep junk food out of your mouth i guess 🙄

Currently watching Star Trek and eating a brown sugar bun and drinking soy milk, WISHING I had ab definition but in the same way I’d vaguely wish I had a pet 🦔🦔🦔 - not ready to put in the work just yet 😂😂😂 My legs are FINALLY not killing me after my crazy glute leg press the other day so I think I’ll train them today! 🏋🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️ What are you training today??
