This was in prep for last year’s @crossfitgames LiftOff competition. I’m excited for the comp to start next wk! I think this is the most underutilized exercise in weightlifting. It's great for finding your power position & also building comfort there. Learning to master this power position is crucial to consistent lifting!

I mean I spent all day in emerg & she knows I'm doing kinda trashy today but she is soo supportive like my bodys completely rejecting food rn so I mean my mom forced me to eat & I threw up #glamourisedstuff when she was there but she legit didn't care like wow I've never had sm support before 😭💕 I'm just not afraid anymore my eating disorder has left me in fear for 5 years & now ofc I'm afraid of what this has done to me but I'm not afraid of living anymore I.want.to.live for the first time in years 😭 I stg she doesn't even know how much she means to me like wow..
