So I was feeling a little bummed out OK A LOT bummed out after trying to go on a hike and my entire left side ceased up on me. It's so hard to go from an active lifestyle to sedentary one for healing and so effing frustrating after taking that time to heal with no resolve. BUT after "putting out" there what I know my body needs it appears the Universe spoke and she responded quickly! First, let me say I'm NEVER up this early so I believe it was the Mother Goddess herself that literally woke my butt up at 5:00am no seriously I do...lol...I check my phone to see YOGA THERAPY not classes but THERAPY individual work at my local wellness center!!! Hold up...whaaat...tailored for the individual, their needs, their goals! OMG I feel I have been brought back to life literally! HOPE! I am going to do it and track, journal all my progress from day one! Today it is about to get real! #nevergiveup
A little over a month ago Inward was released on Amazon. It has been such a transformative time for me personally, seeing something that I have worked on for so long come to life and start spreading and supporting people in their growth. Something that is intimately connected with my own growth, something that would not exist had I not taken my own healing seriously. I did not know that my life would lead into making something that can be physically held, adding it to the ocean of humanity, letting it go, allowing it to take its own course and move into the hands and minds of people who wish to spend time with it. It is affirming to hear how Inward is serving people well - my goal and hope was always to create something that would help people see that healing ourselves is possible and that personal transformation is an essential part of global transformation.
With or without Inward, it gives me hope to see so many people going deep within themselves, taking hold of their malleability and start observing and releasing with the purpose of bringing to life new versions of themselves that are wiser, happier, clearer and more equanimous. Many are realizing that the missing peace in the world is the same peace we lack in our minds and hearts - this is a medicine the world needs. Whenever people move together, the world changes.
Sending love to all beings. May we all continue cultivating our personal freedom and may that freedom be added to the collective freedom of humanity. May we all be happy and free. May we all heal ourselves and the world.

I struggle so much, with lethargicness. It's something that's always plagued me. I love lazy days, spent in my bed, watching Netflix. But as I've gotten healthier in my mindset the last couple years, I've started to realize just how much that hinders me. And not even just the fact that it steals my time, but also it hinders my heart in some way. It influences more bad decisions in me too, I've noticed. But, I found a secret weapon that has been slowly changing my life. And it can change yours too. It's called the 5 second rule. Whenever you don't want to do something, even little things - for example getting out of bed in the morning go 5-4-3-2-1 and then do it anyway!! I heard about it when I was listening to a podcast called School of Greatness whose guest speaker was Mel Robbins. Look her up. It's a seriously an amazing interview. And it instilled s sort of hope in me that I could be different. And I have!!!! I've been sooo productive in the last couple weeks. Like bam bam bam!!! Pebbles and bam bam! Haha. Anyways, you can seriously change your life five seconds at a time. So if you feel like you've been stuck or in a funk try it out. Even though it's silly, tryittryittryit!!! ⭐️🎉
Been looking back at photos from 2015/2016/2017, and its insane to see that as my art has progressed I've actually become such a closed off person, a lot more stressed, very dissociated with the world around me, i just don't know how it got to this point where I barely even recognise myself anymore. Need to start taking better care of myself and my mental health.

YAY! That felt good! Two weeks post-op and I can finally go on walks! I’m sure I could have started walking much sooner, but I was extra careful and waited the *full* two weeks before getting outside for a 45 minute walk. Not gonna lie, the first week of sedentary life wasn’t so bad… #naps 😴... #thewire 📺… But week two of the sedentary life was a struggle. Got a lot of work done 💻 and went a little stir crazy 🤪. Yay for quality time with @gracietherhodie outside! 🐕
