“Fail to plan, plan to fail” - The biggest game changer to a sustainable healthy lifestyle from the inside out is to BE PREPARED. When I’m not organised it’s almost inevitable that I will fall off track and make some poor food choices. Being prepared has become apart of my weekly routine, I sit down and do a menu for the week (lunches & dinners) and shop according to the menu. I can’t really do much or do it well if I don’t have a PLAN 👊🏻
