Я за полтора года декрета уже и забыла как это собираться в офис🙈С одной стороны прям тоскую: коллектив, встречи, переговоры, каблучки на работу и юбочки-карандаш; а с другой стороны: любимые кеды, предоставлена сама себе и семье, хочешь гуляй утром, хочешь - вечером, хочешь - поспи с дочей в обед, а хочешь приготовь обед. Конечно же забот хватает! Но иногда даже и не знаю что лучше: любимые каблучки или же кеды😏😊 Какие у вас предпочтения? Пока вы пишите ответ👇🏻я вам отправляю видео любимой всеми запеканки😌😘
Запеканка-суфле 🔸40 гр кукурузного крахмала
🔸450 гр творога 🔸4 яйца
🔸100 мл молока
🔸100 гр ягод/банан
Смешать творог, желтки, сахзам, крахмал, молоко. Белки взбить до пиков и вмешать в творожную массу. Перелить массу в форму (у меня 15 см силиконовая). Сверху выложить кусочки банана/ягод. Отправить в духовку на час 180 гр. Проверяйте готовность зубочисткой. Запеканку лучше немного остудить, иначе может развалиться.
Instagram vs reality 🤷🏼♀️🌿
It's odd how much we seek approval from others, getting validation from compliments and likes. Even today I looked at the photo on the left and thought to myself that's not "Instagram worthy" enough for this post because my face looks weird and I have a skin roll 🙄
But that just goes to show the amount of pressure we put on ourselves to seem perfect!! But we don't need to! These are normal things and we don't look the same in all our photos! You shouldn't need a 'perfect' 'instagrammable' photo of yourself to love yourself. You shouldn't let the amount of likes you get, dictate how you feel about yourself. We all look different and those differences make you, you!! Nobody looks the same 24/7 in all their photos so don't be hard on yourself trying to look like everyone you see on social media!! Love your uniqueness because it's amazing and makes you the lovely person that you are!! 🌴☀️

Mornings are always hectic for us. Between getting ready for school, taking the dogs out and making sure we both get a good breakfast in, it’s always a rush to get out the door. Wellness is like the best thing, am I right? If my body truly is a temple, I just can’t know that things are bad and continually put them in my body. I used to be so unaware of how toxic things were… and when I found out I had basically been poisoning myself with things I trusted to be safe, I was undone..and kind of peeved that no one told me sooner. I don’t want to sound cliche or a broken record but it would be rude of me to not share how my life has changed and how yours could too, out of fear of what you will think. Sorry no. Do you struggle with weekend overeating?
As in, you're doing everything right Monday through Friday afternoon — you know... tracking 📝 , exercising 🏋️♀️, & staying consistent 🔄 — only to blow it Friday evening through Saturday night? 🍻😧🍕
You see, many-a-folk don't realize how easily a weekend of mindlessly drinking 🍺🤤 and overeating 😋🍣 can destroy their weight loss progress 👎
For example, let’s say a person who maintains their weight on 2300 calories sets a moderate 500-calorie daily deficit to lose weight. As you can see, they could be on point the entire week but completely offset their hard work with just one and a half days of splurging!
Now… I’m NOT saying you can't or shan’t or shouldn't have fun with friends on the weekend. Just remember that having "too much fun" can potentially undo the hard work you're putting in Monday-Friday.
My Advice? Continue having fun with friends and family (cuz das what life is all about, y’all ), but make sure you’re going in with some type of plan that includes moderation & common sense 💪☺️
