6 WEEKS IS A LONG TIME!! They say that it takes 12 weeks after changing your diet and level of exercise for the world around you to notice a change in your body. 4 weeks for you to notice things yourself. 8 weeks for your friends and family to notice a change. It’s that 4 week mark that I think is the most important. Yes it’s lovely people telling you you look better, don’t get me wrong. But it’s inevitable that a little part of you will think “are they just saying that?” unless YOU can see a difference YOURSELF. It’s personal satisfaction and only that that’s going to motivate you to get up an hour earlier to workout, or squeeze 40 minutes in after work on a dark evening. 6 weeks ago, I wasn’t particularly happy with my shape, so I’ve spent the last 6 smashing out max interval circuits and being a touch stricter with my diet. The result? I personally think I look much better and more importantly... I’m THRILLED with the progress I’ve made, even if someone else may not be able to tell a jot of difference. Bring on the next 6 weeks! (Except Christmas.... I shall be eating very much at Christmas 😅😂). Rob x

Las acompañe de aguacate machacado y salmón ahumado! Súper combinación !! La receta:
1 taza de quinoa cocida
1/2 taza de cebolla picada
2 tazas de espinaca picada
1/2 taza de queso de cabra
1/2 taza de panko
2 huevos orgánicos
2 cucharaditas de aceite de olivo
Sal y pimienta
Sazona la cebolla con el aceite y agrega la espinaca hasta que quede reducida. Apaga el fuego y agrega la quinoa, queso de cabra y panko.
Bate los huevos y agrega al final
Sazona con sal y pimienta
Forma con tus manos tortitas y coloca en una charola y hornea a 180 por veinte minutos y luego voltea hasta llegar a cuarenta minutos o que queden doradas
Agrega guacamole y salmón encima y disfruta! 😉

What's the FIRST thing you do when you wake up!? For me --> check my phone 📱! Checking emails, messages, and social media immediately is putting EVERYONE ELSE first! I don't have the energy to give to others when I haven't quite filled my own cup up yet!
This morning I CHOSE to change that bad habit!! I spent ONE hour on ME and Trigger 🐶. It felt freaking fantastic 🤸🏽♀️🤸🏽♀️!! I love ❤️ my side gig, and it's definitely not for everyone! I spent a lot of my life saying "I have enough friends, I don't need anymore!" I honestly didn't care about others 🙄🙄🙄. It sounds terrible, and looking back -- it was!
In the beginning of my journey, I was focused on helping others get started on their health and fitness goals. I cared for others, but definitely didn't feel invested like I do now!
I WANT to get to know every single individual that chooses to work with me. I'm not just a Coach. I'm a friend. And we all need someone to talk to now and again!! #fillyourcup first and I hope you choose to serve others and get to know them for who they are ✌🏼. You'll be surprised how much your life will light up 🔥 when you meet new people along this journey called life 😉!
My morning routine looked WAY different this morning, and while it's new and a little difficult for me, I am pumped to keep it going. I usually wake up at the last minute, rush to get dressed, make shake, grab lunch, and race out the door. Stressful. This morning, I woke up earlier, drank my pre-workout while giving Sanford attention, did my workout (oof), ate breakfast, then got ready. No rushing. No added stress. AND I don't have to worry about my exercise the rest of the day. It's a bit freeing.
