6 WEEKS IS A LONG TIME!! They say that it takes 12 weeks after changing your diet and level of exercise for the world around you to notice a change in your body. 4 weeks for you to notice things yourself. 8 weeks for your friends and family to notice a change. It’s that 4 week mark that I think is the most important. Yes it’s lovely people telling you you look better, don’t get me wrong. But it’s inevitable that a little part of you will think “are they just saying that?” unless YOU can see a difference YOURSELF. It’s personal satisfaction and only that that’s going to motivate you to get up an hour earlier to workout, or squeeze 40 minutes in after work on a dark evening. 6 weeks ago, I wasn’t particularly happy with my shape, so I’ve spent the last 6 smashing out max interval circuits and being a touch stricter with my diet. The result? I personally think I look much better and more importantly... I’m THRILLED with the progress I’ve made, even if someone else may not be able to tell a jot of difference. Bring on the next 6 weeks! (Except Christmas.... I shall be eating very much at Christmas 😅😂). Rob x

❤️Buonasera fit family e benvenuti nella nostra rubrica cucina con ANIMA. ❤️
Oggi proporremo la ricetta per preparare il risotto fit con la zucca e zucchine. 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄Innanzitutto tagliamo a tocchetti 300gr di zucca 🎃 e la mettiamo in ammollo. Da parte prepariamo il brodo vegetale in cui cuoceremo la zucca: In una pentola versare 400ml d’acqua all’interno della quale metterete un pomodoro, una cipolla, una carota e del sedano. Lasciate cuocere per circa mezz’ora, a fiamma dolce. successivamente frullate le verdure fino ad ottenere un composto unico un po’ più denso. Quindi potrete aggiungere la zucca e una zucchina e farla cuocere per circa mezz’ora, fin quando riuscirete a rompere la zucca con la forchetta. Solo alla fine aggiungete il riso (io ho utilizzato 70gr di riso basmati integrale) e lasciate cuocere tutto insieme a fiamma dolce mantecando fino a fine cottura. 
Io non ho utilizzato sale nella cottura del piatto, ho aggiunto due cucchiai di parmigiano  alla fine.

Buongiorno e buon lunedì ❤ Ve lo auguro in ritardo, ma oggi ero presa da un esame ed eccomi con la merenda di ieri 😍
Dopo due giorni in cui avevo voglia di dolce, il mio piano alimentare prevedeva due palline di gelato alla frutta...visto che non era quello di cui avevo voglia, ho fatto in modo di prendere i nutrienti dell'ipotetico gelato, farvi rientrare qualcosa che mi avrebbe soddisfatta veramente e soddisfare così la mia voglia di dolce pre-esame 👌

Ed ecco una super cioccolata fit con addirittura dei fiocchi di mais 😍 Son troppo soddisfatta del magheggio fatto ❤

Fun fact: fin da piccola, in casa mia è sempre stata presente la famosissima cioccolata Ciobar, che però non mi ha mai soddisfatta quanto a consistenza e dolcezza...così, da buona amante della pasticceria me la son sempre preparata da me con latte vegetale, cacao e maizena 👌 Quando poi ho iniziato ad approcciarmi al mondo "fit" ho scoperto che più o meno chiunque aveva una propria versione della cioccolata, preparata proprio come io la facevo da anni 😂😂😂 E cosi...cioccolata fit sia 😁

Ingredienti:
250ml latte di soia
10gr maizena (amido di mais)
10gr cacao amaro
5 gocce di flav drops alla vaniglia (omettibile)
Cannella e zenzero a piacere

Las acompañe de aguacate machacado y salmón ahumado! Súper combinación !! La receta:
1 taza de quinoa cocida
1/2 taza de cebolla picada
2 tazas de espinaca picada
1/2 taza de queso de cabra
1/2 taza de panko
2 huevos orgánicos
2 cucharaditas de aceite de olivo
Sal y pimienta
Preparación 
Sazona la cebolla con el aceite y agrega la espinaca hasta que quede reducida. Apaga el fuego y agrega la quinoa, queso de cabra y panko.
Bate los huevos y agrega al final
Sazona con sal y pimienta 
Forma con tus manos tortitas y coloca en una charola y hornea a 180 por veinte minutos y luego voltea hasta llegar a cuarenta minutos o que queden doradas
...
Agrega guacamole y salmón encima y disfruta! 😉

What's the FIRST thing you do when you wake up!? For me --> check my phone 📱! Checking emails, messages, and social media immediately is putting EVERYONE ELSE first! I don't have the energy to give to others when I haven't quite filled my own cup up yet! 
This morning I CHOSE to change that bad habit!! I spent ONE hour on ME and Trigger 🐶. It felt freaking fantastic 🤸🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️!! I love ❤️ my side gig, and it's definitely not for everyone! I spent a lot of my life saying "I have enough friends, I don't need anymore!" I honestly didn't care about others 🙄🙄🙄. It sounds terrible, and looking back -- it was! 
In the beginning of my journey, I was focused on helping others get started on their health and fitness goals. I cared for others, but definitely didn't feel invested like I do now! 
I WANT to get to know every single individual that chooses to work with me. I'm not just a Coach. I'm a friend. And we all need someone to talk to now and again!! #fillyourcup first and I hope you choose to serve others and get to know them for who they are ✌🏼. You'll be surprised how much your life will light up 🔥 when you meet new people along this journey called life 😉!

Yea, she da queen 👸 I’m forever trying to catch up to her and I wouldn’t have it any other way.  It’s true, moms are great at bringing out the best in you and in this instance, the speed.  Yesterday’s race gave me a 9:28 pace and that’s practically super speed for me right now 😆 I would catch her but then she would be gone again and that happened, no joke, at least 8 times!  On a 5k! 😂 Her words to me post race: “I had to beat you because this would be the last time I would have a chance of doing so.” I honestly don’t know why she thinks that. She’s bested me in every race this year but O.K. mom, you’re on!  I’ll see you in 2018😜💪🏻 .

How best to enjoy veg? Wrap it in meat!

My morning routine looked WAY different this morning, and while it's new and a little difficult for me, I am pumped to keep it going. I usually wake up at the last minute, rush to get dressed, make shake, grab lunch, and race out the door. Stressful. This morning, I woke up earlier, drank my pre-workout while giving Sanford attention, did my workout (oof), ate breakfast, then got ready. No rushing. No added stress. AND I don't have to worry about my exercise the rest of the day. It's a bit freeing.
