PROTEIN WAFFLE RECIPE | The record for the fastest ever Marathon run while continuously tossing a pancake is 3hr 2min 27sec by Mike Cuzzacrea in 1999. Anyway, today I made protein waffles and I didn’t run a marathon:
1 fresh egg
2 scoops of @formnutrition Chocolate peanut protein powder
1 large banana 🍌
A dash of almond milk to thin out the consistency
Blueberries and cottage cheese to accessorise.
1. Heat up the waffle maker and coat with some butter or coconut oil.
2. Blend the ingredients (obvs leaving out the cottage cheese and blueberries).
3. Once fully blended, Pour on to waffle maker and allow it to cook (times will vary based on your waffle maker).
4. Consume in your active wear and pretend you did a workout. .

Sunday salmon 😍 Fusilli pasta and pan fried chilli salmon 🌶 avocado, tomatoes, broccoli and sugarsnaps 🥦 I drizzled a bit of sweet chilli sauce over this just to spice it up a little too👌🏼 Hope you’ve all had an awesome weekend and ready to have a productive week 🔑
