One of the key elements of @usahockey ADM (American Development Model) is the use of small area games in practice at every level from U6 up to the pros. Studies have shown that small area games like this one allow for increased puck touches & shots while also promoting a player’s development of creativity, competitiveness, & quick reaction time. In my practices, we do multiple stations & incorporate competitive small area games like this- we see results & the kids love it. Add some small area games into your next practice & see how engaged your players are while battling & improving their game. 🎥: @tblightning#hockey#training#hockeypractice#hockeylife
