Elvis and Boris made the most of the snow day , but they headed inside around 14.00 too get warm and bed down for what will be a very cold night out here. @fieldsoffreedom is located on the highest point of this island and that means the snow hits us harder and stays around a lot longer than the surrounding low lying areas ☃️☃️I went out for a short bicycle ride this afternoon and much of the surrounding area is clear of snow now ❄️#fieldsoffreedom

Vegan carne asada fries! I'm in love! I've got to perfect my marinade, but we are in the right direction! Homemade fries made by my trusty air fryer! The "Meat" is marinated Portobello mushrooms. Fresh guac, vegan cheese and homemade cashew sour cream!
I use this daily! If I’m really feeling myself, ill break open my pills and add them to my juice or smoothie!

Day #14 of my #potatoreset and I'm actually looking forward to sticking to it 6 more days...the results on the scale are pretty motivating.
Brunch (woke up too late for breakky): baked sweet potato w/ pumpkin pie spice and some fresh ground nutmeg
Dinner: 2 small baked potatoes w/ sauerkraut, mustard and hot banana peppers with some romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes
Chocolate and sprinkles make everything better. 😊
I made these vegan chocolate covered rice krispies for a friends birthday this weekend. 🎂

Recipe: -6 cups of Trader Joe's Crisp Rice cereal
- One bag of Trader Joe's vegan marshmallows
-3 tbsp earth balance spread - A bunch of semi-sweet chocolate chips (roughly 1/2-3/4 cup)
Melt the butter and marshmallow on stove or microwave and once melted mix with the cereal and press into a 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper. Then add melted chocolate and spread with spatula to cover everything. Top with sprinkles, cool in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
You can also try making these with chocolate crispies or Chex Mix to make them gluten free! 💃😄🍭🍬🍫
