I had a life-changing experience at the Wim Hof Method workshop today with @drtrishasmith and @b4rtos ! I have been half-heartedly wanting to meditate for the past couple years and with the breathing technique I learned today, I have finally found a way that really resonates with me. I can't wait to start implementing the breathing practice daily and see the myriad positive benefits it brings to my life. If you have a chance to learn about the methods of @iceman_hof , I highly recommend it!! ❄️👍🏼
