Late post. Day 4, I’ll post day 5 later. The wrap is a low carb tortilla it has 4 grams net and grilled garlic chicken, mozzarella and spinach. The dinner was sliced cabbage I heat a dish with butter in garlic in the microwave with butter sautéed smoked sausage. Remember the lunch I said I was having today with my team? Didn't I say no rice??? Well since the restaurant decided to make my order with rice I decided to take out my time n pick my vegetables/chicken and keep the rice for them.
I was already certain the sauce they must ve used for the veggies would be high carb anyways so why kill me with the rice too.
I am so happy for my self control thus

I am a adult student mom of 3! So needless to say- I am busy! And I have a final tomorrow! .
My #bulletprooftea ☕️ is what keeps me going through the day and keeps me full. I don’t have to fuss in the kitchen and can focus on my studies. .
Juggling kids, a home and my studies is enough to do but you throw in a healthy #WOE and it’s hard not to give into the convenience of all those unhealthy foods. .
