✴️Cinnamon Orange Rolls with Maple Cream Cheese Frosting

1g Net Carbs
6 oz. Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
5 Tbs Unsalted Butter
½ Cup Blanched Almond Flour
¼ Coconut Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup Powdered Erythritol
1 Tbs Butter, melted
2 Tbs Granulated Erythritol
1 Tbs Cinnamon
2 tsp Dried Orange Peel
1 oz. Cream Cheese, melted
1 Tbs Powdered Erythritol
½ tsp Maple Extract
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup Heavy Cream
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease an 8 inch round pan
a. Melt the shredded cheese and butter in a medium sauce pan over low heat until it can be stirred.
b. Remove from yheat and add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
c. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle between two sheets of parchment paper.
3. Spread the melted better onto the dough
4. Combine the remaining filling ingredients and spread over dough.
5. Starting at the long side of the dough, tightly roll into a long log.
6. Evenly cut the pieces and place into pan, cut side up.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
8. While the rolls are cooling, combine all frosting ingredients until desired consistency.
9. Spread the frosting over the warm rolls and enjoy!!!

3/4 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Kerry Gold butter
(Melt this and then add 2 TBSP of stevia)
1 Cup Coconut flakes
(I process mine so the flakes are smaller)
I then split the peanut butter mixer into two bowls and added 1TBSP of cocoa power to one bowl and a pinch of sea salt.
Mix the flakes between both bowls, mix and spoon onto the tin foil (or parchment paper)
Drizzle with Walden Farms Carmel and pop in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

Lose weight with a full fat breakfast. The only thing left off is toast. One simple tweak and you can eat bacon, whole eggs, spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes. Cooked in lard.
