A different kind of #fullbodyfriday for ya 🙆🏼♀️
I got SO many messages asking about pilates so I figured I’d show you a lil video clip (I promise you it’s harder than it looks) 📽 I didn’t realize going into it how versatile pilates is - I kind of just thought it was a bunch of flexibility and balance “stuff” 🤦🏼♀️ And while it does require a both of these things, it’s an incredible way to build those long, lean, toned muscles 💃🏼 Not to mention it’s incredibly important for strengthening your core and your back muscles, which I’m super excited about because I have admittedly horrible posture 🚶🏼♀️ So here’s an example of one of the moves yesterday that I could feel in every muscle group on my body I swear. 😅 P.s. I’d highly recommend taking a private session (shoutout to Brooke hehe) so you can really focus on the moves and have somebody help perfect your technique and decrease risk of injury. WHO IS GONNA JOIN ME for a class?!? 😇♥️
