TACOS LOW CARB 🌮🌮🌮: sem glúten, sem fritura, crocantes e fáceis de fazer. 
Ingredientes:

1 abobrinha média
100g de queijo parmesão ralado

Rale a abobrinha. Jogue sal e deixe descansar por 1 minuto. Depois com ajuda de um toalha ou de um coador esprema bem pra sair toda água.

Coloque em um recipiente, adicione o queijo ralado, misture bem. Unte um prato com azeite e disponha parte da mistura formando um disco. 
Leve ao microondas por 1:30 ( em média, pode ser mais ou menos dependendo do queijo e do microondas). Ele tem que ficar mole mas nem tanto. Também da certo na frigideira. Tire com ajuda de uma faca, junte as duas pontas formando um taco e espere esfriar e ficar crocante. 
Pronto!!! Essa quantia rendeu 8 tacos médios. Depois é só rechear com o que você quiser. Usei guacamole, carne moída temperada, pasta de feijão, tudo caseiro.

14g Fat
1g Net Carbs
4g Protein
~~~~~~~~
✳️Dough:
6 oz. Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
5 Tbs Unsalted Butter
½ Cup Blanched Almond Flour 
¼ Coconut Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup Powdered Erythritol
~~~~~~~
🍊Filling:
1 Tbs Butter, melted
2 Tbs Granulated Erythritol
1 Tbs Cinnamon
2 tsp Dried Orange Peel
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
🍯Frosting:
1 oz. Cream Cheese, melted
1 Tbs Powdered Erythritol
½ tsp Maple Extract
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup Heavy Cream
~~~~~~~~~
📝Instructions:
1.	Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease an 8 inch round pan
2.	Dough:
a.	Melt the shredded cheese and butter in a medium sauce pan over low heat until it can be stirred.
b.	Remove from yheat and add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. 
c.	Roll out the dough into a large rectangle between two sheets of parchment paper.
3.	Spread the melted better onto the dough
4.	Combine the remaining filling ingredients and spread over dough.
5.	Starting at the long side of the dough, tightly roll into a long log.
6.	Evenly cut the pieces and place into pan, cut side up.
7.	Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
8.	While the rolls are cooling, combine all frosting ingredients until desired consistency. 
9.	Spread the frosting over the warm rolls and enjoy!!!

I havent had my dinner yet, but I had few minutes to tally up my food in advance and ... I learnt I overdid proteins today by 100% ... My ideal goal is 60-65g a day... Ohh well.. Bummer.. Why is it important to watch proteins? Because they convert to sugars when overconsumed. Btw.. I learned another interesting thing about proteins while my mom was in the hospital... Of you dont eat enough of them - you retain water and get bloated. The way the doctors explained it to me - water needs proteins to attach to them in order for the body to rid of them... So its important to balance them - thats for sure! Now too few and not too many...
