Omg leftovers never tasted better! I told my leftover Philly Cheese Steak Sloppy Joe mix, threw it in my @fiestadinnerware topped it with provolone and threw it in the oven to reheat! I’m heating it straight from the bowl and it’s amazing! Just when you think this recipe from @dinnerthendessert couldn’t taste any better I take it to a new level! So friggen good! We have one Flank steak, two top sirloin steaks, and one Sirloin tip steak. Grilled them all and steamed broccoli to go with it. We each have 3 days worth of lunches now. Beim Foodsharing am Montag gab es jede Menge Rosenkohl und ich dachte mir, den probiere ich mal aus! Noch nie vorher zubereitet... 😂🤔
Mein REZEPT:
Frischen Rosenkohl putzen, die äußersten Blätte entfernen. Den Strunk gerade abschneiden und ein Kreuz hinein schneiden.
In einem Topf, gerade so mit Wasser bedeckt kochen, 1 TL Salz einstreuen. Dauert ca. 15 Minuten, je nach bevorzugter Bissfestigkeit.
Habe dann noch etwas Fleischwurst dran geschnibbelt, Naturjoghurt & Gewürze dazu. 😁😊

Who doesn't love fudge around the holidays( and a delicious festive Matcha tea to go with it 😆)?! This is a delicious, creamy, chocolaty fudge with a "real" fudge texture! In the words of Maui, "What can i say except you're welcome" (if you don't get that reference you must not have young kids 😂) Keto4Karboholics Chocolate Fudge(with optional nuts)
Makes 30 Pieces
1 Piece: 118 Calories, 10g Fat, <1g of carbs, 1g Protein

2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp Butter
½ Cup of Swerve
½ tsp Vanilla Extract/Imitation Vanilla
1 ½ Cup of Sugar Free Chocolate Chips or Chopped Dark Chocolate
Optional ½ Cup of Walnuts

1. Prepare an 8x8 dish by lining it with parchment paper.
2. Next, place the heavy whipping cream, butter, Swerve, and vanilla in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until reduced by nearly half, stirring several times. (Keep a close eye on it but it generally takes 15 minutes)
4. Next add the chocolate chips/Chocolate and stir until fully melted and mixed in. Here you can add the nuts or save them to sprinkle on top.
Pour into the prepared dish and place it in the freezer overnight

Wenn's mal schnell gehen muss: Spinatpizza / Spinatrolle 😁 🍽🍕🧀REZEPT:
(1.) 200 Grad Umluft vorheizen.
(2.) 1 Pck. TK Spinat auftauen und mit 5 Eiern verquirlen bis es schaumig wird, mit Salz & Pfeffer würzen.
(3.) Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech schütten (ist sehr flüssig), leicht mit Reibekäse belegen für die Stabilität. 15 Min. backen.
(4.) Dann raus holen, Frischkäse und Wurst nach Belieben drauf legen. Entweder dann einrollen und als Rolle essen oder auf die Wurst noch etwas Reibekäse drauf, kurz überbacken und alles zusammen als "Pizza " Essen, so wie ich gestern 😄😉
