WHITE EGGS Vs BROWN EGGS ••• 🐓🍳
Many people prefer to have brown eggs instead of white eggs, saying they are healthy and have more nutritional value. But the reality is different.
Basically, the colour of the egg is different due to the type of breed of the chicken that lay eggs. For example, White Leghorn chickens lay white-shelled eggs, while Plymouth Rocks and Rhode Island Reds lay brown-shelled eggs.
Coming on to the taste, it doesn't have any difference and the method of cooking is no different either. You can't even tell whether the omlette is made from a white egg or a brown egg.
One medium large sized egg, whether bown or white, contains the same amount of vitamins and minerals and both have around 70 calories.
✅️ 6g Protein
✅️ 5g Fat ✅️ 180mg Cholesterol
✅️ 75mg sodium!
However, the brown egg is more expensive in the market, so spending more 💰 for just the different colour eggs isn't necessarily worth it. So stick with white eggs 💪

LAST DAY of My Black Friday sale. If you are struggling to figure out how to set up your diet and routine for your goals, my E-book is on sale for Black Friday. Click the link in my bio and use code BLACK25 for 25% off.
With Thanksgiving coming tomorrow, I’ve seen a bunch of posts from fitness accounts with expert advice ranging from looking at the food and putting it in your mouth to step by step detailed plans to follow. While I do believe you should enjoy your food and the holidays, I do think you should be somewhat controlled. That doesn’t mean weighing food or even tracking macros. It just means not going too crazy.
If you’ve been consistently dieting for months and have been making progress then you owe it to yourself not to be a complete savage on Thanksgiving. Use it as a day to reward yourself, enjoy some family time, and then get back on track the next day. With that said, this is my advice to enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner with some strategies to limit the damage.
First, you should limit your food intake leading up to the meal. If you don’t typically follow intermittent fasting, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to try it just for the day. Just drink a lot of water, have some coffee, and maybe some veggies during the day so that you save all your calories for your meal.
Second, when it comes to the meal itself, it’s good to start with protein and veggies if possible. These are more filling and should limit your ability to eat too much of everything else. It’s also a good idea to drink a bunch of water with the meal to fill up a bit faster.
Third, you should enjoy yourself and not be too strict. There’s a difference between enjoying yourself and indulging in 20,000 calories. Despite what anyone says, you will do a good amount of damage if you’ve been eating 2,000 calories a day and eat 20,000 calories on Thanksgiving. Try to limit your portion sizes of the foods you want and try a bit of everything instead of going overboard on any particular dish.
This is just advice and you can ignore it. Like I said, I think it’s important to enjoy the holiday but I also don’t think it makes sense to ruin a substantial portion of your progress just for a day.
Arts & Crafts, now with protein. 💪🏼✔️💯 Halo Top Gingerbread House! This limited time only ice cream has ginger cookie pieces and a vanilla swirl. We already saw @halotopcreamery slay their first seasonal, Pumpkin Pie, so hopes are as high as my Christmas spirits, here on the Thanksgiving Eve. Extra props to Halo as not enough mainstream companies tackle this flavor. Found at Stop & Shop in Jersey, swipe left for nutrition, no I haven’t tried it yet! Review after the holiday weekend.
Super excited to announce that I’ve officially joined the @tilyoucollapse team as an athlete!!! I’ve been a long time customer of this amazing family owned company and I’m so thrilled to join their team as an athlete. I first got these leggings about 3 months ago when I wanted high waisted leggings but couldn’t afford lululemon (nor did I want to pay that insane price). .
I came across the premium leggings on Instagram and figured I would try them out since they were like half the price of lulus and looked awesome. I indignantly fell in love. The design and quality were amazing and they made my 🍑 look bootiful. They were also squat proof and super durable and didn’t tear or rip over time. Yes, perfection. .
If you want to check them out for yourself (as many of you already have) you can use code “unicorn” and save some $$$ on the process (but beware, because you will become obsessed). Happy Wednesday Unicorns 🦄

She looks amazing.
Last nights training session was heaps of fun because I got to train alongside my best friend.
It's those moments where I can't help but stop to appreciate how I lucky I am. Each week that passes since taking on her fitness regime her body tones up a little bit more and she gets even stronger.
And I'll be damned if she doesn't look like a fitness model in this picture 😍
I think the best nutrition advice I have ever learned was counting macros. Before I found macros over 2 years ago, I had no idea that foods were made of these things. I was a chronic label reader for ingredients, but never how much protein, carbs and fat were in food
I never gave myself treats or wanted to eat anything that wasn’t “clean” before macros. I had fear foods, but macros showed me that I shouldn’t be afraid of ANY food groups. I could eat how I pleased, while still reaching my goals. Granted I let myself indulge more often than I would have previously, which led to some unhealthy habits. I will always choose whole foods over processed, because I like to eat what makes me feel good. It’s also nice to know what’s in your food
But I wouldn’t change counting my macros, because the knowledge it has given me. but I will say it brought up my past disordered eating habits. I became obsessed with numbers, and to this day I will never look at food the same. I can look at a portion of chicken, rice, fruit, etc. and tell you exactly what the macros are. It can play games with your head, because you know you could be overeating or underrating calories and macros
I have been practicing intuitive eating more these days.. I needed to heal my relationship with food. I was tired of telling myself I couldn’t have a bite of something unless it fit my macros. I do recommend counting macros for anyone, because it is a great tool to get you where you want to be fast! But I don’t recommend it for people who have suffered or are suffering with eating disorders. Educate yourself before you jump into changing your diet! And remember that indulging sometimes is OKAY 👍🏻
Never compare yourself to anyone else, the only competition is you! We are all genetically gifted in different areas and it’s important to know what your strong points are and what your weak points are. Work on your strong points so that they become visibly dominant over your weak areas. Then work even harder on your weaknesses. It’s a long journey to achieve the physique you want but remember that you have to become the best version of YOU and only YOU! 👍🏼
