Fishing off glutes and chest day with some cable flys .Exercises were high volume and involves lots of sets comprising of a mix of heavy , giant sets , time under tension sets ,static holds and squeezes.
Exercises for today
Heavy glute bridges
Barbell bench press
Dumbbell bench press incline
Then finished off with a 15mins abs circuit 🙏
What did u train today ?
Yoga is a lifestyle. To me, that means practicing being present. Firstly, I must be clean and sober with a clear perception of reality. Secondly, I need a daily practice of yoga, prayer and mediation. Thirdly, I eat clean (most of the time) and at night I write about my day, seeing where I can be better tomorrow. It’s pretty simple, but not easy. That’s what I do and it works for me.

A guilt free cauliflower crust pizza I made for anyone that's interested 😊 yes that is a lot of cheese but cheese is life 😋 Chop up the Cauliflower & pulse it on a blender untill rice like
Boil the "rice" for 5min
Remove from boil (let it cool) drain it and then place in a clean towel wrap up the "rice" in the towel
Squeeze squeeze and squeeze again untill all the "rice" is moisture free
Put the "rice" back in a mixing bowel & add one egg and some spices (I used oregano & basil with some salt & pepper)
Mix it all up
Mould it into a pizza shape on a lined baking tray
Bake at 200c for 40mins ADD whatever toppings you like 😊 I added tomato sauce peppers and chicken 👌 #cleaneats#foodie
