❣️Treasure each stage as much as you can; they’re not little for long❣️
Honestly it feels like we have milestones on practically a daily basis at the moment and I just wish time would slowwww downnnn! 😩
Whilst we were away this weekend I popped Vesper in a high chair and she happily sat with us for a while 😭 I remembered that I had bought a high chair before she was even born so we set that up when we got home and look how happy she was 😂😍 Going to sit her in this at the table when we eat ready for starting weaning next month! 😱
Jim is often saying “Oh I can’t wait for her to do this or do that” whilst I’m trying as hard as possible to stretch everything out and not do anything until I absolutely have too 😆
If you need us, we’ll be right here. Under instruction of my mum and Clemmie @mother_of_daughters - both midwives, both bossy (they know it) and both absolutely right. And Doug, who caught me sweeping the kitchen floor earlier with a manic look in my eye and said ‘Go to bed. Now. Don’t be a martyr’. I think it’s taken until the third baby to actually get this is all I need to do for now #newmum#pullupthedrawbridge#stayinbed#bekindtoyourself#twodaysold
LORD, are women powerful! With the support of someone you love, I think anything is possible. Being in water (bath, shower or pool) is such an awesome place to labour and or birth! It acts as a natural pain relief, calms women down during those hard moments, reduces the chance of tearing and decreases the likelihood for need of intervention! 🌔✨#bumpnbub@erikapearcephotography
The fittest I've been in many years! There's never the "right" time to start, Stop waiting for Monday or the right day. Your body will thank you and you will feel amazing from the inside, out. Believe in yourself, be your own motivation! 💪🏼 @kayla_itsines

Throwing my arms up, celebrating my beautiful journey so far and little did I know that at this very point I was already in labour....no idea of what the following morning was to bring. The birth of my baby boy was the happiest and scariest day of my life. I fell so deeply in love with our beautiful boy to the point of instantly becoming severely anxious and paranoid. .
Did you know Post Natal Depression affects every 1 in 7 women who give birth, in Australia. Whether it be immediately after birth or up to One year later.
In an attempt to raise more awareness to this and help our Aussie Mummy's, I am organising a Fundraiser Fashion Show and would like to invite anyone and everyone. If you're interested in being involved or would like to know more, please pm or email. Can't wait to share this with you all and meet some more beautiful, strong Mummy's out there.
Another great conditioning run this morning. A combination of 1,2 & 3 minute walk / run intervals, followed by a great stretch session. Today we say bye to Serens grandparents 😭 It’s bittersweet, after having them here for the last 5 weeks I’m ready to get my house back and some time to ourselves, but the thought of them having to go so far away makes me feel sick😭😭#longdistance
I'm taking a course right now learning about whole foods and plant based nutrition 🌿 Last night it was about the energy and frequency found in raw food vs processed food. Sure, processed food tastes good in the moment (especially when we use it as a bandaid to fill an emotional void), but the effects and lack of nourishment from processed food is real and scary! .
Plant based superfoods to fuel a seriously needed productive day ⚡Time to take in these antioxidants and adaptogens to help keep me healthy in a world full of crap ✌🏻️Your mind, body, and energy is a direct reflection of how you treat it 💜 Treat it well!
