Was feeling salty after last weekend when I couldn’t even budge 510 off the ground so decided to do a last minute “deadlift demo” at an unsanctioned meet at my friends gym today. Weight felt light on my hands but ripped pretty bad at the top. I can finally go to sleep knowing I left it ALL on the platform. I’m officially ready to move on from this year and this last prep, take some time off competition prep and bring a stronger package to the platform in 2018. Let’s do this.

Whenever I have to do an online business meeting or anything that requires “dress attire” I whip out my “Mullet Outfit”- it’s business in the front, party in the back...or in this case business attire on top and casual wear on the bottom 😂 nobody needs to know (except you guys)😉🤫

Agora vai começar a corrida pra se sentir bem no verão , e ter uma motivação extra. Mas porque não se sentir bem o ano inteiro?! Porque não seguir um projeto de vida?! O que você anda fazendo na sua dieta e no seu treino?! Claro, tudo deve ser acompanhado por um profissional qualificado. Hola hola! Ya me reporto desde Buenos Aires. Este fue mi almuerzo de ayer antes de ir al aeropuerto. Era un restaurante cubano que encontramos por ahí. No le tenía fe pero resulto ser muy bueno! Yo me pedí un sándwich que venía con lechuga, tomate, queso y pavo, pero cuando me lo trajeron me enteré que también venía con papas fritas. Y encima era inmenso! 😂😂😂 (Era el doble de lo que se ve en la foto y aunque no se note era demasiado para mí sola.) Obviamente que comí de todo pero moderé la porción. Me costó? Un poco porque llegué con hambre y estaba rico jaja. Pero cuando uno ya sabe cuál es su porción de cada cosa, es decir cuánto tiene que comer para saciarse sin haberse comido la vida, es más sencillo. Al principio cuesta, como todo, porque es un aprendizaje. Pero como siempre les digo, una vez que vean lo bien que se siente comer lo que uno tenía ganas pero “lo justo”, sin quedarse con hambre ni sentir que se comió en exceso, moderarse va a ser automático.

Hola hola! Ya me reporto desde Buenos Aires. Este fue mi almuerzo de ayer antes de ir al aeropuerto. Era un restaurante cubano que encontramos por ahí. No le tenía fe pero resulto ser muy bueno! Dinners don’t have to be stressful! I keep things super simple around here because I’ve got other things to exhaust me... I need my food to fuel me but more so, I want to enjoy my food. Tonight I made a hearty salad with baked butternut squash (I could eat butternut squash like popcorn 🍿) I tossed the spinach in a homemade dressing, paired with with ground turkey for my protein and called it good! Have you every looked at the ingredients for store bought dressing? It’s outrageous 😳 simple tweaks to the foods you eat can make the biggest difference! Eat healthy, live happy 💜

Lol I know this looks gross but it was so good! I put in a scoop of @amazinggrass chocolate peppermint powder and it tasted like chocolate mint! I’m a really glad with my purchase (not sponsored) and i really want to try to add it to other meals. Like maybe pancakes or muffins or something? 
I topped my oats with my favorite foods like berries and dates:) I had this “breakfast” at 1:30 bc I slept in very late bc it was much needed ☺️ Today was a lazy day but I did get some work done so thats good! 💕💕‼️

Lol I know this looks gross but it was so good! I put in a scoop of @amazinggrass chocolate peppermint powder and it tasted like chocolate mint! I’m a really glad with my purchase (not sponsored) and i really want to try to add it to other meals. Like maybe pancakes or muffins or something? So I have been so addicted lately to just blending frozen mangos + splash coconut water and lime juice, it is soooo dangerously delicious. @oob.organic frozen mango is the best to do this with, best flavour and gives the best consistency 💛💛
