➳✺ Psyllium husk and coconut flour are great ways to increase the size of your oatmeal! Cover oats with your choice of milk and let soak overnight, mix in 1 TSP psyllium husk, Ceylon cinnamon and 1 TBSP coconut flour and cook on the stove the next day. Add water if needed.

WARUM zum Teufel😈 hatte ich ewig keine Puddingsoats mehr?!😲 Oh mein Gott war das ein mega Schüsselchen☝️😄❤ Ich habe zu meiner üblichen Oatsmischung/menge einfach 20 g Puddingpulver von Natreen gegeben und 100 g laktosefreien Quark untergemischt. So viel Masse und einfach so mega sättigend😋👌 On🔝gab es einen Apfel, welchen ich vorher mit Zimt, Xucker und Rosinen in Kokosöl angebraten habe🍎 #anappleadaykeepsthedoctoraway 😉 Im Endeffekt hat es dann nicht nur das Stück Ritter Sport, sondern noch ein Stück Milka Marzipan und ein Stück Kinderriegel mit ins Schüsselchen geschafft😁 #balanceisthekey 🤗 Heute Abend gehen wir dann mit der Familie essen🍴 Ich weiss nur noch nicht was es wird🤔 🍔?🍝?🥗?🍟? Want the dairy free recipe? Search pancakes on www.balancingandie.com. i subbed collagen for the vegan protein and made 1.5 times the recipe! The trick to good pancakes that don't burn is getting the griddle hot enough first but then turning down the heat and cooking it on low-medium. Topped these with nut butter, bee pollen, gojis, and dried figs.
