✨✨ Transformation Tuesday✨✨ It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these. I’ve been feeling super ‘soft’ since being home from Bali as I haven’t been training as much, and I’ve also started a new job. I needed this to remind me how far I’ve come.. and the results are in! I’m officially 5.4kg down, lost 5.2% body fat and dropped 10.5cm from waist abdomen and hips. 3 months of commitment to keto and training with a holiday thrown in the mix I cannot be happier with my results 😆
Y’all I was so excited that by the time the picture taken, one foot was already off the scale 😂🤣 I DID IT!!! I cried... a lot. 425lbs to 299 in 6 1/2 months! The 400’s to the 200’s😭😭😭 this is the smallest I’ve been since I was 14! I’m 26, now. NO weighing until January! All I wanted was to see this number- and now I will fully enjoy this month without being a slave to the scale! YAYYYYY!!!!😍😍😍😍
Wow, the last 3.5 months have been amazing! I’ve developed beautiful friendships on here and continue to learn more about my body.
Below are three of best things that have happened to me during this journey.
1.) ALLERGY TESTING:
This is the best thing I’ve done for myself. Thanks to Jess (@ketothuglife), I took the plunge on getting an allergy test performed and I’m so thankful for it. A lot of what I was consuming daily is what I’m allergic to. They are in the form of dairy, mustard, sesame, and radishes. Since eliminating them, I realized how much better I feel; no more stomach pains, no more sinus congestion, and my face has dramatically evened out to where I feel comfortable without makeup.
2.) MEASURING > WEIGHING:
As per Candace (@keto_like_candace), “the scale is a dirty bitch”. While my weight continues to remain stagnant, I am consecutively losing inches. This means I’m preserving muscle while losing body fat. While it can be frustrating not seeing the scale go down, feeling smaller is rewarding.
3.) AGED RIBEYE:
Having a good old ribeye each weekend feels like I’m refilling the tank. I look forward to it and feel so much better after eating one. And evidently, a lot of y’all enjoy seeing them! If you’re interested in aging your own meat at home, let me know if you want me to post about it.

I’ve got to create content for these upcoming health and fitness challenges but Star prefers that I don’t get any work done today. Crazy cat... but I love her 😍 Believe it or not I’m way more productive when she’s hanging out with me. My cats keep me calm and mellow while I organize my crazy ideas. I’m not in Corporate America anymore but if I were, I’d be an advocate for cats in the workplace. Just saying... eased nerves make for way more productive employees. #PreciousForPresident
ps... I’m pretty sure she’s pregnant. She has been extra clingy since her last heat 🤔
Pre-prepped smoothies make my world go round 🤪🌎 Obviously, I get my best beauty sleep in the last 5 minutes before the alarm goes off. I make it a point to never press snooze, but I always lay in bed for a few minutes to give myself a chance to wake up (also, I turn the remote controlled space heater on and give it time to warm up my room because I’m not about that frozen life ☃️) Knowing I have breakfast waiting for me in the fridge makes everything else so stress free! It’s amazing what a big impact having an easy flow morning can have on the rest of your day.
My smoothies are always Vega All-in-one, unsweetened almond milk and frozen banana based and then I’ll throw in whatever I’m feeling that week. This week I had leftover homemade cranberry sauce (from my cranbrie post 😋) so I blended that with some frozen raspberries and strawberries 🍓
Vitamin C, 5 servings of greens, 20g of protein and 290 calories - who’s ready to start this day off right? 🙋🏻♀️

Good morning! Happy Tuesday! How are you this morning? As for myself, I’m feeling good. I’m enjoying this 1 sp cup of coffee to kick start my morning! ☀️ I’m still indecisive about what I should eat for breakfast. There are some mornings where I don’t have much of an appetite and some mornings I’m devouring the entire fridge! lol Today is one of those mornings where I’m not hungry. Do you ever have these mornings?
Starting my cold, snowy morning off with a #BPC (coffee, coconut oil 2tsp) and 1/2 a chocolate premier protein and 1/8tsp peppermint (could have used more) for my version of a healthy peppermint mocha (5SP, 4 for the oil but it’s a good oil and the fat is filling). Babybel Light for 1SP and an egg (love that they’re 0SP now) as well as a clementine. .
