Today Brian commented that our relationship has been better than ever the past week and I honestly attribute a lot of that to my KETONES! My mood is better, I have more energy, I'm sleeping better, my head is clear, I'm feeling better and better about my post-pregnancy body, and I'm less STRESSED!! Feeling GRATEFUL 🙌🏼🙌🏼.
Yesterday I turned a corner. After struggling for what felt like forever, I feel like I am finally getting back to myself. I have been staying to myself as far as hanging out with anyone because this process has taken a mental toll on me, but I am getting so much better. I can walk longer distances without feeling like I'm about to faint. I have found some foods that I can't even think about eating and some that I can. It is going to be a long journey but I feel a little more confident I can make it through. Here is my progress so far 💪🏽
On top of the world 🙌🏻😍. Torrey Pines is my all time favorite spot I’ve ever been to. Every time I come to California , I struggle to climb the hill up this trail .
