Things I've learned in LA:
THE LIGHT IS BETTER HERE-
Staring, honking, and cat calling is common and all these mf are about to get beat up. (I've went off like 3 times ask @iamcristinaguerra )-
It's not as clean as I thought -
The vibe is a weird mix of busy and chill-
Apparently you can't go to a club unless you're apart of someone's table-
And it's really hard to stay on a diet 😂

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Banana Bread by @chocolatecoveredkatie 💗
2 cups flour - (like oat flour)
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp each: cinnamon, ginger, pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cup mashed, overripe banana
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup pure maple syrup or agave
1/16 tsp uncut stevia Or 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
1/3 cup oil OR Vegan milk of choice
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips .
*I’ve successfully used spelt, white, and oat flour and can’t vouch for others, but feel free to experiment. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Whisk all liquid ingredients in a separate bowl, then pour wet into dry and stir to form a batter. Smooth into the prepared pan. If desired, press some extra chocolate chips into the top. Bake on the center rack 30 minutes, then do not open the oven door but turn off the heat and leave in the closed oven for 10 additional minutes. Let cool completely, then cover and refrigerate overnight. Taste will be much better the 2nd day (and even better the 3rd day)

Just because it gets dark out exponentially faster these days, doesn’t mean you can become a hermit crab right after work (although trust me, I want to too). What did you workout today? I did a quick HIIT of intervals on the stairmaster 🤢😵 Yes I wanted to die and my lungs pretty much exploded in my chest. Working on my fitness is one of the greatest blessings I have. Some people would kill for that luxury, don’t waste it 🧘🏻♀️
