Cleaning out my fridge is a daunting task, that i somehow find therapeutic 🤷🏻♀️
Now i’m ready to meal prep tomorrow. I randomly listed the staples we typically keep in our fridge. I tend to eat the same snacks/meals during the week. Mainly because i don’t want to have to think about it when I’m running around like a crazy person. I’m looking for some new snack ideas, what are some of your go-to snacks?
Let’s be honest - MLM businesses have gained quite the reputation over the last couple of years. There was a period of time that although i LOVED what i was doing, i felt embarrassed to talk about my job.
You know what I’ve learned? Who cares what people think (okay some days i still struggle with this...) but SERIOUSLY. The naysayers, and the negative people that don’t understand or believe in what i do.. its okay! .

◇◇ He is SO tall!! Our 4mo apt is tomorrow. Big little brother 😚
◇◇ He sleeps from 7:30pm-530am
◇◇ He wears 12mo clothes.
◇◇ He wears size 3 diaper.
◇◇ He eats 6oz milk and is 10 days eating oatmeal cereal, which he loves.
◇◇ He loves to be swaddled tight.
◇◇ He still spits up every single time he's put in the car seat, regardless.🙃
◇◇ He's showing me up, by doing TONS of sit ups. Constantly wanting to sit vs laying down. 😂He likes to stand too, obvi with supoort. Wobble Baby!!
◇◇ He's starting to roll side to side. ◇◇ He grasps on to what ever comes near his hands. Puts everything in his mouth.
◇◇ He's been teething since 3.5mo, but still no teeth. ◇◇ Loves his big brother, laughing and giggling together, precious to watch. ◇◇ He loves going to the mirror, watching "the baby in the mirror"
◇◇ He loves bath time.
◇◇ He's a chatter box, and still likes crinkle toys.

When you are unaware of something, it doesn't exist. 🤔
That's how I was about this opportunity. I had no idea it even existed. I was unaware. I didn't even want to know if it existed because I was too proud of where I was and what I had already created. I couldn't imagine there being anything better and I didn't believe that there could be anything better. So I put everything else out of my mind until I no longer could ignore that feeling that something has to give!! There comes a day, when you gotta ask
yourself...is this everything that you wanted?? If the answer is NO, then it's time to take a
serious look around. My answer was NO and I KNOW 100% that there are many out there feeling the same way. I no longer felt that I was helping anyone...and that wasn't fun.
What's fun and enjoyable is when people who have been stuck so long are no longer stuck. They are breaking through plateaus (physically and financially), health issues are getting better, everyone is happier. And isn't that all we really just want?? To be happy?? To make a difference?? The grass truly is greener and my eyes have been opened wide. No looking back because we are going to change the globe!! And the most AMAZING news ever?!?! And just like that, 60 days is done 👊🏻 I remember when I was first decided whether or not to take on a 60 day weight lifting program 🤔
I was super intimidated; I had only ever committed to 21 or 30 day programs. I was worried I wouldn’t follow through with the full 60 days, or that I’d get 😒, or wouldn’t be able to do it.
I decided to turn off that negativity and just try.
I DID it, and the changes in my body composition are noticeable. I’ll share my stats once I re do my measurements tomorrow!

This popped up on my FB memory today and it got me thinking about racing and how sometimes things don’t work out exactly how you planned. I dare say that a lot of endurance athletes tend to want to control everything and plan things out meticulously, etc...SO when things don’t go exactly as planned, it can be really disappointing! This was my first really disappointing race. I trained hard and was trying to qualify for the #BostonMarathon and was crushing my goal pace for about 20 miles. Then, out of nowhere, my body began to break down. I threw up the whole last 6.2 miles to the finish line, finishing 7 minutes past my qualifying time. I was super disappointed, but tried to have a good attitude and learn from what happened. I’ve had other disappointing races since then and I realize that they are important to have because I learn how to do better the next time. Once I tackle Ironman Santa Rosa, maaaaybe I’ll return to my goal of running Boston again! 😉

Been off the gym and my macros for the past three days since I’ve been in the house with the family because of the snow. So here’s to another day one back to tracking my macros lol.
One year. It's been one whole year since that photo on the left was taken and I had just discovered I had been diagnosed with postpartum depression. My whole world as I knew it had been flipped upside down. I cannot even begin to describe the horrors and the suffering my mind endured over those 10-12 months. I was admitted to the hospital 3 times in the run of those following 6 months. My journey was rough, but something keep me going each and every time. I was ashamed to admit to anybody about having PPD. I felt people would assume I was a terrible mother. But that I learned is not true. The support I've had over this past year is incredible. I am so, so very greatful to those who have stood by me at my absolute worst and never gave up on me.
To ANYONE who thinks they may be suffering from postpartum depression, or experiencing sevear anxiety, please do not be ashamed to ask for help! It could ultimately save your very life.
I have finally come out on the other side, with the help of medication, therapy, and self care. I still have my down days, but it's nothing compared to before. I am blessed to be alive. I am a survivor. 💜 .

There’s such much behind these baby blues, I just wish I could jump into that 6 month old brain (rather than just being the creeper Mom in the background of this photo).
I’m very thankful for the built in new-Mom-grace that this little guy has a short term memory 😅 but I also want to work on being the best Mom I can be as he begins to recognize habits and mimic us more.
Well balanced nutrition and getting my heart rate up every day are only a part of it, but’s it’s an important part.
