For the past two years I have opened up when it comes to my health and fitness journey in hopes to inspire and help others. I share everything so why have I been having a hard time posting this all week?
I started my new postpartum program back on Monday and wanted to post this but for some reason I couldn’t click the button.
Vulnerability set in, being hard on myself set in, I mean lets face it, Im 6 weeks postpartum I look exhausted, and I cant even deal with how ghostly white I look.
I remind myself —— GRACE, AMBER.
Here is it RAW + REAL.
My before during after and what's next.
I’ve been working out since last week and yesterday I had my #6weekpostpartum
check up. All is well and I couldn’t be more thankful. Sticking to a heath and fitness routine during pregnancy has definitely paid off, but I’m ready to gain some strength, confidence, and muscle back! I’m ready to feel like myself.
Monday I went all in, I meal prepped, I took my measurements, pictures, and I’m committing to myself and the group of women in my October Accountability group.
I'm beginning a new chapter in this journey and I'm excited to go all in in hopes to help motivate other new moms and women to do so too. I know that within time I will feel like the old me again.
BUT I cant do this alone.
I need the support and community to help me throughout this journey. As a new mom, things may not always go your way and learning to adjust may take time, but together we can create a routine together to help support each other through.
I’m looking for:
The mama who finally realizes it's ok to do something for herself.
The new mama to be expecting a sweet baby and wants a healthy pregnancy.
The postpartum mama who wants support and accountability.
The girl who needs and wants this type of community and accountability.
As you can see this works for and fits every busy lifestyle. So if you're looking for support, a community of lady friends to motivate and encourage, a group to confide in, to celebrate in, and at the end of the day you just want to make some positive changes in your life drop your email or click the link in my bio!
