Working on getting back to this level and then surpass it 💪🏼. Currently hitting the gym between 6-7 times a week including cardio.
The one thing I struggled with is getting my diet back on track which I can officially say I have 😊.
One other this is I'm currently sick which is a major set back but I'm dealing with that as best as I can. It's effected my sleep which in results have effected my workout routines. I believe when I get over this cold/virus I'll be able to put myself on overdrive! Anyways I've taken a break from social media for awhile to focus on other things BUUUUUTTTTTT I'm back.
