Very few trainings last week, and that noticeable this week🙄Was 19 box jumps away from making 5 rounds. Think I can to much better if I just keep up the condition training 🚣🏿🏊🏼♀️🚴🏼
Got any advice for my handstand holds? Everyone’s out here dominating obstacle courses on their hands & I’m still on the bunny slope just trying not to back flop haha! Ate a full plate of humble pie this morning. Will be sure to go back for seconds tonight👍. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
