A LITTLE RAWR IS STILL A RAWR | The last few days I have felt low in energy and just a bit tired, and I thought it was because I’m maybe training too hard, or putting too much pressure on myself. I’ve had these times in the past and depending on my mindset at the time I just ride the wave until it passes but last night I dropped the ball and ate half a packet of MnMS at the movies with no regard or self-talk about the consequences. I just didn’t care last night, I was tired and hormonal. I went to bed last night with the promise of a new day, a new beginning. I got up early, did my fasted cardio and have relaxed all day and eaten everything I’m supposed to and not wanted for anything more. Some days you just lose a fight with your own mind a little bit and that’s ok, as long as you don’t then turn it into a loss of the war with your mind, which never stops by the way. Get back up the next day and start over! Forget the failures. Get yo self some short term memory loss and forget you screwed up. Guilt don’t help nobody! 🤦🏼♀️❤️
