So.. I fell off the keto wagon... Hard... This week was stressful and I slid (dove headfirst) back into the arms of my comfort food.. And boy do I feel awful, physically and mentally. But I'm not going to beat up myself about it... I'm going to weigh in on Monday and face the consequences of my actions and get back on track because this is a lifestyle for me and not a race. *******
I'm going to pray that my upcoming work week is not as challenging and that I stay the course with my meals and lose the weight I gained... Keto is the only thing that has worked for me in the past 15 years and I'd be damned if I gave up now. ✊✊✊✊✊☝☝👍👍👍
#ketopadchallenge Day 19 and a #tbt all in one... The past couple of days have been rough. I'm going through a "what am I doing with my life stage?" And it sucks. In my head I'm thinking that I should have life figured out at 33,... I should have a clear idea where I'm going and what I want to so when I grow up. Does any one else feel this way?...

Hello every body, been MIA for the past couple of days because life... Work stuff, personal stuff, stuff stuff and have been handling it like a champ if I do say so myself. I've face so much temptations and swatting them away like flies, I don't even recognize my self any more 😁
Anyways, I'm a failure at food planning so haven't posted my meals because they have been lackluster and just boring... But here's a boring salad that was so tasty and delish... *
Chicken salad, with romaine, sweet peppers, jalapeños, cucumbers and boiled eggs... I have some blue cheese dressing on side... It could use some color and some avocado but those are going out of season in my country so they are like my precious RN. *
Yesterday (21.9.17) my IG was on the fritz and I just couldn't deal... Maybe my posts are too long... Anyways I'm having trouble meeting my fat requirements, any tips?
Breakfast: egg and chicken salad, cucumbers and mozzarella and some sliced jalapeños because I love my spice in the morning.
Lunch: Purchased some bomb ass mushroom baked chicken from a local cafe and made a basic salad with romaine and watercress, added some mozz and jalapeño just because.
Dinner: cheese paste, with shredded carrots and loads of butter and mayo with cucumbers and carrots (that was a mistake) *
