The Oxford student was spared jail as it could interfere with her professional goals.
The top medical student has now voluntarily suspended her studies for the length of the ten month suspended jail sentence she received, according to The Daily Telegraph.
This means a staff panel due to decide whether she should be expelled can't make their ruling she said she wants to return because of the university's disciplinary procedures.
But she has been accused of playing for more time to boost her chances of being let back into Oxford.
A senior source at Oxford told the newspaper that both the Medical faculty and Proctor's office would be forced to wait until 2019 before reaching a decision.
A picture that changed the world! This is in 1987, Zbigniew Religa after a 23 hour heart transplant, watching his patient’s vital signs. In the lower right corner, you can see one of his colleagues who helped him with the surgery fallen asleep.
Dr. Religa was a pioneer of heart transplantation in Poland, and even though the surgery was considered borderline impossible at the time, he took the chance, and the operation was entirely successful. Today, even though Dr. Religa’s heart has stopped beating, the one of his patient is still running!

This patient suffered severe burns and the formation of an eschar.
This requires the need for an escharotomy. This is a surgical incision into necrotic tissue resulting from a severe burn. The procedure is sometimes necessary to prevent edema from generating sufficient interstitial pressure to impair capillary filling, causing ischemia. Due to the tissues inelastic nature it can also further impair breathing capabilities!
