And look. I've seen a lot today. A lot of contradictory and hypocritical comments. A lot of pleas for change. A lot of animal abuse and slaughter. You can say you don't like something and then directly contribute to it if you want. It's a choice. But realize that you can change. You're capable of it and it's so very needed in this world. It might be hard at first, but what's hard about it for you isn't close to how hard it is for the animals to get to your plate. Reach out if you need help. I'm here to help every step of the way. Another delicious breakfast courtsey of Barmuda, highlight of the meal was seeing the relief in the waitresses face when she saw me laughing off the full glass of water she accidentally knicked over me. Toe unfortuntely hasnt stopped bleeding since i ripped the front of it off yesterday during a ultimate toe stub whilst crossing a busy intersection 😅. So lots of blood and water everywhere but gave us all a good laugh 😂 'local breakfast' of beans, mushrooms, rocket, potato stack amd toast, minus the eggs and butter.
One pot meal- sautéed onion, garlic, mushrooms, celery, corn, crushed tomatoes cooked with quinoa and black beans in veggie broth. Topped with potato cheese sauce. I still prefer cashew based but it's a good option if you are trying to keep your fat intake on the lower side😉 #vegan
Avocado, olive oil, garlic, minced onion, seasoning salt, pepper, basil leaves, and lemon juice on penne || if you want it to be creamier you can put it in a food processor but it tastes just as good without 🤗
