Food doesn't have to taste of meat to taste good, there's tons of great naturally vegan foods that taste just as good! 
These food items should be available all around the world too, so you really don't need to live in a privileged area to get tasty vegan food!
Tofu - Tofu is a popular option in east-asian cuisine, it's hugely versatile and absorbs any flavor you put into it.
Vegetable curries - These are a popular choice in South Asia for anyone looking to eat less meat and still get great flavors. 
Falafel - These small brown balls are hugely popular in the middle east and surrounding countries, they're great for dipping and enjoying in a pitta or a wrap. 😊
And of course, fries. Who doesn't love to eat these little potato wedges from time to time? And as they're usually only made from potatoes and some oil - they're also vegan!

Shortbread Cookies by @anna_banana_co 💛
Recipe⠀
Ingredients:⠀
175 g vegan butter or spread⠀
80 g caster sugar⠀
200 g plain flour⠀
Method:⠀
Using wooden spoon, mix the batter and sugar together.⠀
Stir in the flour and mix well with your hands until well combined.⠀
Halve the dough and roll each half into a log, about 5 cm thick. Wrap in cling film, and chill for at least an hour.⠀
Heat the oven to 180 C and slice the logs into rounds, about 1 cm thick. Place on a baking tray with baking parchment and bake for about 10- 12 minutes until golden brown.⠀

I’ve always struggled with iron, long before I became vegan, so I’m really trying to do all the right things at the moment to get it up 👆🏼 Taking my iron twice a day, eating lots of green leafy veg, beetroot, vitamin C ect. Recently I’ve decided to stop drinking tea for a while as I’ve read the tannins in tea are bad for iron absorption 🙅🏼‍♀️ and see if that helps. I’ve found replacing my caffeinated tea with a superfood latte like this one in the mornings has been doing wonders, how great is it to have so many options now days? Feeling so grateful 🙏🏿 So how about you guys, do you have the same iron problems? Do you have any handy tips about what you do to get more iron?

🍇 GARLIC DOUGH BALLS WITH VEGAN CHEESE 📷 by @thewhitechestnut 🚨🚨Recipe: 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1/3 cup almond milk
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 & 3/4 cup bread flour
3/4 cup aquafaba ( the liquid of the chickpeas)
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
3 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 garlic
1 tbsp dried thyme
mixture to make the garlic doughs shine:
1/3 cup aquafaba
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
vegan creamy cheese:
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup cashews
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
optional:
some grapes
chilly flakes 
METHOD:
Let´s start by preparing this yummy garlic dough balls, mix the active dry yeast into the warm almond milk. Leave the yeast to activate for 15 minutes.
Once the yeast is activated, pour the mix into a food processor, add the aquafava, mix it well, then add maple syrup, salt, olive oil, garlic and thyme, once this is well mixed, then pour the flours.
You´ll get a nice dough, in a clean floured surface knead for 5 minutes.
Then, in a big bowl pour some olive oil and then leave then dough for 90 minutes to rise, cover it with some plastic film.
When I am making doughs, I usually just leave it overnight, but with 90 minutes is enough.
To prepare the creamy cheese, in a blender just add all the ingredients and mix until is soft and creamy, you can warm it up to serve if you prefer. Then top it with some chilli flakes and thyme.
Once the garlic dough is ready to use, knead it and make little balls, leave a space in the center and start by putting balls around making circles as in the picture.
Once you have the desire shape, cover it with some plastic film and leave to rise another 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix some aquafaba and salt, then top the garlic dough balls before cooking them in the oven.
5 minutes before the cooking, preheat the oven to 200ºC, cook it for 25 minutes approximately until golden.
To serve, just place a bowl in the center of the garlic bread rolls and add as a side some grapes. Enjoy! #thevegansclub 🍇

It's cold, it's dark and im miserable! 
Attempting to cheer myself up with chickpea curry, but to be honest I'm just needing to accept that on these dark rainy days my POTS will resurface and I will have to cope with splitting headaches, messed up hearing and eyesight and awful concentration. I'm trying not to let it over look the progress I have made so far, but it can't help but feel like a slap in the face.
