I AM CRAVING THIS RIGHT NOW 😍✨🙋🏽 This is what I had for breakfast a few days ago ✨
Do you often crave even though you don‘t have hunger? I have it sooo many times! I often feel it when I am really emotional or when I am bored. Sometimes when I don‘t enjoy my work that day I also crave something to kind of spend my time with something else. I know that is weird maybe you can understand that. What is your experience with cravings? And what are you doing when you have them? Do you listen to the thought and follow it or what are you doing? I am interested in your experience. .
Do you crave sugar or salt? Maybe you eat one and then crave the other? Cravings can be tied to blood sugar imbalances, stress, lack of sleep, dehydration and many other body imbalances. The more balanced our health, the less cravings we get, giving us peace of mind with food. Ready to get rid of your food cravings? Creamy pasta with brussels sprouts! I love the combo between the sweet and creamy cauliflower sauce and the crispy brussels sprouts! To make this: Cook 4 servings of your pasta of choice. For the sauce: 1/2 head big cauliflower steamed, 2 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/8 tsp liquid smoke, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 garlic powder, 1/4 tsp sweet paprika, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper and 1 tsp hot sauce (optional). Add everthing to a blender and blende until creamy and delicious! For the brussels sprouts: preheat your oven at 200C. Peel and cut your brussels sprouts in half. Put them on parchment paper and drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper. Pop them in the oven for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
Once your brussels are roasted, add the sauce pasta and brussels to a pot on medium heat, mix everything until its warmed through. If you want an easy main for the holidays this is perfect! Totally recommend this!
This simple pasta dish is a great easy Saturday night dinner. Perfect for all the family and can be adapted for you meat eaters and veggies.
Recipe serves 4
240g wholewheat pasta
80g cheese (vegan or normal)
Boil the pasta, whilst this is cooking you can cook up the veg in the pan. Drain the pasta, add the veggies and passata.
Put in an oven proof dish top with your cheese and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
If you want to add in a meat you can but even when I ate meat years ago this was a favourite of mine without it.
