Being a total hard core Punjabi my love for food is never ending, it's hard to stay away from food but also equally difficult to maintain weight.(well maintaining weight is tougher)

For a lot of goals you will never need to worry about your weight.

But for most of us who are trying to lose weight or fat, the scale going down overtime is a pretty good indicator we are going in the right direction.

So if you are going to start daily weighing, what should you keep in mind?

Weigh daily with the aim of getting an average weekly weight, this means you don't need to stress about the daily fluctuations.
The two pictures are my actual weigh ins for the last 6 weeks. The one that is up and down is my daily weight (LOTS of fluctuation) and the other one is my average weekly weight for the 6 weeks. -
But at the end of the day it's your choice, yes weighing in daily can be helpful for people, but that does not mean it will suit everyone. -

2010 если что.. люди любят себя запутывать.. вот, например, совершил человек подлость, а нам так не хочется с ним переставать общаться.. он же такой милый был, нужно сказать "его нужно понять..." ну, например, объясним это его экстравагантностью или особыми обстоятельствами.. но бывают такие случаи, когда даже понять невозможно! Тогда, мы обязательно должны принять его поступок.. ведь принимать - это круто! Как раз тот случай, когда мы опускаем голову и говорим "Ну да, но нужно учиться принимать". а еще, если мы уж его любим, то и принять, и понять, и простить. Вот только проблема в том, что отвечать на вопрос "ЗАЧЕМ" мы особо не любим.. потому, что если нас предали, то мы можем и понять, и даже принять, и даже простить, но при этом прекратить отношения. ведь прекращаем мы их не потому, что мы не поняли, или не приняли... Нет!  мы просто понимаем, чего от этого человека можно ожидать… мы просто не прячемся от факта, от факта его поступка... от поступка, который характеризует человека.. да, мы тебя поняли, приняли, простили и даже не перестали любить, но давай дальше как-нибудь без меня. и даже если я помогу тебе когда-нибудь, то это вовсе не потому, что у нас восстановились отношения... нет!  а потому, что я не такой, как ты... вот и все. помните, любовь часто замыливает глаза.. любовь к друзьям, близким, кумирам... мы словно игнорируем некие факты, но разочарование наступит!  трусы  так и останутся трусами. Лицемеры - лицемерами. те, кто привирал, всегда будут привирать.. те, кто выбирал деньги - всегда будут выбирать их. ичем дольше мы  будем игнорировать поступки, покупаясь на красивые слова, тем труднее будет оправиться после удара... ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

These are vanilla and banana baked oats made using my hex b. 3 syns for the cooked banana and a tbsp of choc shot.
