#transformationtuesday -305lbs👇 naturally with diet/exercise since I set a New Years Resolution 1/1/16. No meal plan, surgery, personal trainer, pills, or anything like that. If you're new to my journey my name is Lexi & at 25 years old I was fedup with the life I was living. I was 25 years old, 485lbs, and I had a BMI of 78. My weight held me back from many things such as riding rollercoasters, traveling on airplanes, hiking, riding a bike, fitting comfortably in booths, movie theater seats, my own car, walking any distance, climbing stairs, sitting in certain furniture without fearing it may break, any activity with a weight limit, and even putting my shoes on could be a chore. I had to think about my size before planning so many normal daily activities that it was mentally exhausting. I was a prisoner in my own body and I longed to break free. I knew to break out of my prison I had to change my lifestyle and stop talking about losing weight or I was on my way to an early funeral. I started counting calories, learning daily, taking the foods I loved and making healthier versions, working out on the elliptical for 30 mins 5x a week, meal prepping, and focusing on small healthy changes daily. All those changes added up and before I knew it I had lost 305lbs. Dont wait for the New Year like I did to break free from your prison - start today! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2 YEARS! 68.3KG (151LBS) VS 62.5KG (138LBS) 💪🏽 The left was the 28/11 I was 22 & had just finished studying 📚 Uni was crazy, I would train hard but nutrition was everywhere. Fast forward 2 years & I have found balance with training, nutrition, full time work and of course - general life 😍 Some people think that progress is straight forward but in the last two years I’ve been up, down and all around 😂 Regardless of my weight, I never had an issue smiling or wearing a bikini! 💯 Of course we all have insecurities but I have learned that it’s best to just rock what you’ve got!! 🙌🏽 xx Anjuli 💖
6 months before show, few weeks out of show, 2 months post show. Yet all are still me. Did a lot of travelling lately and I'm up a total of 25lbs from stage weight but I'm honestly not worried at all. See on social media it's so much easier to be drawn to physical change but I've always been a person who puts out realism. It is very hard to maintain a very low bodyfat. Not only that but for the most part it isn't healthy. I feel way stronger both mentally and physically since my show.
I have some tightening up to do before the lean gain phase starts (should be able to get in the 170s in 8 weeks easily) in 2018 but I'm so over making everyone happy. If I based my life on negative feedback I got online I would have a pretty lame life and I wouldn't be doing anything for me.
Those of you who follow me because I am real I appreciate you. Those hardcore people who follow me to compliment me when I'm lean but tear me down when I gain a bit of weight feel free to follow someone else. Let's keep it going guys. 2018 is my year both for my physique and business. Can't wait 💪💯
Desk breakfast this morning because I didn’t get out of bed on time... but I was awake. Lols, minor set back but oh well! 4sp for this Tupperware box of yum. 4 x heck sausage(2), 1 slice of toastie loaf 400g (2), 2 eggs and a teaspoon of bbq sauce (0sp)
