I checked back my old #sherbloat post and noticed a big difference. BTW, this post is NOT ABOUT SLIMMING OR LOSING WEIGHT. I didn't expect these results because I only wanted to be more energised and stop getting sick but I wanna tell you that if you really do wanna make a change, your mindset always comes first.

I decided that I had to take charge of my life and I kind of forced it through. I started going to the gym after work and it was really tiring during the first week. The second week it got better. Then the third week was the shittiest cause I had my PMS. But I still try to run more than just walk. I would run to buy lunch and sprint really fast in the mall instead of walking. 😂

It really does help to push up my energy and after a month of building back up my active lifestyle I really do feel so so much better! I focus a lot internally. Because I have depression and my mind is the most important of all. And I still eat quite a lot of nonsense so I'm really not restricting my diet. What I've learnt from this experience is that it is vitally important to be active, and that you don't necessarily need a really restrictive diet.

So I eat whatever I want, but I always try to at least eat healthier instead of burger everyday. The first week is always the hardest, second week begins to be ok. Third week is always PMS and you would feel defeated but no worries cause the fourth week you will feel well again. I remind myself to just keep going! Consistency is key 💪🏼💪🏼

Das war meine letzte Woche... lief relativ gut. Ausreißer war das Bild in der Mitte 😔... Honigmilch, Schokolade und Cantuccini und es gab 2x Nudeln. Der Klinik Entlassungstermin meines Mannes steht nun auch fest... am 2. Januar kommt er wieder nach Hause. Ich freue mich und hoffe das Beste.

I recently did an interview where the anchor asked me what differentiates a great trainer.... My response was implementing a specific mindset in a client that changes their life.  Anyone can change a body with time, but when the trainer isn't around and the client's mind is so strong that their mentality has changed... that's when I know I've completed my job...
